The food was excellent! The service was not good. The restaurant was not very busy. The server rushed us to order and then just disappeared. Anytime we needed something we had to ask other servers if they were able to find our server. The food was good enough that I will give them another try. Hopefully it is just that server.

Overall the team did a awesome job of helping make our 20th Wedding Anniversary something special. The food was excellent with one minor exception. My steak, (New York Strip) was not quite as tender as I expected; it was a little tough, but enough to spoil the meal. another minor point was the waitress who was taking care of us seemed to disappear at times Once our meals were presented she never came to ask us how everything was until we had been eating for quite some time. Not that we had any compliant, but it would have been nice for her to check in and see how everything was and if we needed anything else. After that she disappeared again. We had finished and waited for her to return. Again overall i was a great job. My wife was so impressed couldn't believe the lengths the staff went to to make things special. Great memory

It started as a nice 16th birthday for my daughter. After the food was served the service changed. We finished the meal and the food sat for a long period of time. My daughter, while it may seem silly wanted the happy birthday from HP card. My husband went to ask about the card but the waitress heard what she wanted to. She assumed we were asking for a free dessert and started to raise her voice(very embarrassing). When she placed the bill on the table I saw her from the food window scowling at our table. The leftover food was not even brought to our table. It was taken away to be boxed but we had to seek it out when leaving. We have been to HP many evening and has become a quick yet nice dinner for us. Last night changed my opinion of HP's wait staff. Her attitude was very disappointing and her attention to her tables and assumptions were poor taste on her part.
Everything was wonderful. It was my husband's birthday and the restaurant called ahead of time to get his name, and then put a "Happy Birthday Andrew!" insert into the menu. Overall fabulous service and food.

The food was pretty good, as usual. The menu prices are either sky high for entrees or moderate price for salads and sandwiches. Same with the wine list. Crazy high bottles (many) between 400, 600, 800, 1200 and a few affordable nice choices for 50 bucks. We had a nice meal for two- wine, salads and a little protein for <100, then add tip. We can deal with that as they're (HPG) smart with the menu and wine list, if you study them. The street noise was a little high plus car fumes at times, but it was still very nice overall being on the patio. We go back regularly, as long as we can navigate the prices on the menu.

They knew it was my birthday ahead of time so when I got there, they had a card signed by the whole staff and had the menu personalized with my name on it. The food was delicious and staff was very attentive
