Listen, I'm a religious Jersey Mike's consumer almost once a week. It's my favorite! I've been to multiple locations, Westlake being closest to my office. This one, however, seems to NEVER get it right through delivery/online orders, to the point I have to go in, which isnt a huge deal but thats the point of ordering online and paying for delivery, the convenience.
I feel like unless I go in to monitor how my sandwich is being made, it wont be made correctly or efficiently. For example, ordered for delivery today and my sandwich came with ONE SLICE OF TURKEY (I'm not even kidding, I felt like I was eating a veggie sandwich), like 2 pickles, and barely any lettuce. Its never consistent.
I can appreciate the quickness the restaurant has to offer but efficiency matters just as much, especially after paying for delivery.

I came in to pick up a DoorDash. First, they waited to make it until I arrived super annoying, but more disgustingly than that. Don't know, guy's name, he's big, he's tall, kinda reddish hair. He gets a little, tiny piece of paper towel. Wipes the sweat all off his face. Then proceeds to cut someone sandwich, putting that same hand and glove. On the sandwich. Cut it, roll it up and then peels his gloves off. I about puked, you did not just put that glove all on the sandwich that you wiped sweat off your face with EWWW.

Food is good and consistent across locations but the service at this location is not great. Usually takes several minutes for any workers to acknowledge you even when nobody else is in line. They also are frequently heard gossiping and cursing from the line. When dealing directly with them they are nice enough.
