Always always terrible delivery time and the staff is brutal. I don’t write reviews unless something is beyond horrible or beyond awesome. Third time we tried this place tonight and 2 hours later we don’t have out $75 2 pie and 1 drink delivery. I called and the person who answered couldn’t even find my order, I ask for manager and get “FRED THE GENERAL MANAGER” as he claimed to be. He finds my order tells me they’re backed up and nothing they can do for me. Absolutely criminal to charge $75 for 2 pies (a large and medium) and soda then not deliver it.

I have ordered from the Westlake Jet's numerous times but today was the last time. I placed the online order for delivery at 1:43pm and after a hour and 20 minutes I called to check the status of the order since it was promised to be delivered in a hour. I was told the driver was in the area and should be here shortly. After over a hour and a half it finally arrived. The 2 pizza's were barely warm and the same for the boneless chicken. The delivery/service at this location has really gone downhill so one should factor this time delay in any possible future order.
