Always always terrible delivery time and the staff is brutal. I don’t write reviews unless something is beyond horrible or beyond awesome. Third time we tried this place tonight and 2 hours later we don’t have out $75 2 pie and 1 drink delivery. I called and the person who answered couldn’t even find my order, I ask for manager and get “FRED THE GENERAL MANAGER” as he claimed to be. He finds my order tells me they’re backed up and nothing they can do for me. Absolutely criminal to charge $75 for 2 pies (a large and medium) and soda then not deliver it.

I have ordered from the Westlake Jet's numerous times but today was the last time. I placed the online order for delivery at 1:43pm and after a hour and 20 minutes I called to check the status of the order since it was promised to be delivered in a hour. I was told the driver was in the area and should be here shortly. After over a hour and a half it finally arrived. The 2 pizza's were barely warm and the same for the boneless chicken. The delivery/service at this location has really gone downhill so one should factor this time delay in any possible future order.

Came here August 7th during the power outages. My wife and I scoured the streets looking for somewhere to eat. We stumbled upon a fully illuminated Jet’s Pizza. Walked in, welcomed by a bunch of smiling young guys. We ordered about half the menu after working all day. These guys had our food out in 10 minutes. It was delicious. They even threw in a free brownie pizza. My wife and I were eating out of a jar of Jiff peanut butter the night before after having to throw all our food out due to the storm. We appreciate the hospitality so much and the food was 10/10. Wings were hot and tender. Pizza was amazing. THANK YOU!

I texted my order, and 2 pizzas I tried to order got switched from medium to large. Just gave up and ordered a large. Perhaps the medium sizes had been discontinued? The pizza I did end up getting was overdone. A frustrating and disappointing experience.

Horrible, spent 80.00 on pizzas and they Skimpt on everything. Absolutely no sauce on the pizzas. Worst JETS pizza. And most of all, wasn't the 1st time it happened here. Not not good. Definitely go to another location
