i ate here two days ago and have the worst most full blown food poisoning i have ever had in my life. all of my food had a little bit of a funny sour taste to it but i chalked it up to maybe it was just my taste buds after being two months postpartum but NOPE it was definetly expired or not stored correctly because i have been sick as a dog for two days. definetly be cautious if you eat here i had two other people tell me they had the same thing happen. lunch meat and dairy isn’t something to mess with if its expired get rid of it.

Slowest JJ's ever... Never fails, I need to learn and stop ordering from here. I ordered today @ 11:54am, order left the store @ 12:28pm per tracking. Its now 1:16pm and my lunch was just delivered.... Its not like this is the 1st time either, last order took about 45 minutes. Ridiculous....

I had the worst Turkey Tom sandwich ever, and I’ve had a lot of them. First the bun is about as wide as a quarter, I remember the days when it was more robust. On the inside, the lettuce was sparse and the meat darkened and wet. Worst of all the sauce was not the delicious white mayonnaise they used to use. It was a brown sauce of some sort that tasted terrible. It was sickening! You are far better off to stay far away.

I like jimmy johns overall as a chain. However, this particular location is flat out not good.

They are prone to forgetting items from your order and skimp out on your sandwich ingredients, so if I had to guess I'd wager the franchise owner is a cheapskate.

The worker on the phone was nice! But was unable to help me with my order that had items missing, and I had to call corporate to reach a simple resolution.

Shop at the avon location instead.

Like many others, I've had very poor delivery times from this location. I'm less than two miles away yet have had many orders take over an hour to arrive. Best to pick up if you're in the area.

“Freaky fast” is a thing of the past. It just took 50 minutes to deliver two (burnt bread) sandwiches, 2 chips, and 2 (ordered large) regular drinks. This location should be embarrassed.

I ordered door dash today and my food was 30 minutes later than it was supposted to arrive. I called the store ans whoever answered the phone 9/26/24 around 12:00 was extremely rude and unprofessional. At one point even hung up on me. :(
I understand that Jimmy John's has their own delivery system outside of doordash but if this was explained to me the first time I called instead of a rude response I would not have been upset.

They never put your mobile order food on the pickup shelf, thus defeating the purpose of using the pay ahead feature by making you wait in a line to tell them you have a mobile order. They turn around and surprise, your order is ready, but you had to wait in line for ten minutes anyway.

I ordered on the app and paid for delivery. After it almost being an hour I called the store and the lady who answered was very unprofessional and stated “we don’t have a delivery driver so you can pick it up or we can Uber it” I told her I was at work and would not be able to pick it up PLUS I paid for delivery. She said “we can Uber it it will cost more” I told her yet again why is it my fault you guys do not have a delivery driver and why am I paying more? She said she did not know what to do and I told her to go ahead and refund me and she hung up on me. Very unprofessional and GHETTO.
