Took 90 minutes for my small sandwich to arrive. When I called to inquire where it was they thought it was a catering order, then told me they didn't have an order for me (until I gave order confirmation #).

I ordered a roast beef sandwich and got home to find three of thinnest slices of roast beef. There was more cheese than meat. For $8.00 it not even close to worth it.

It’s always a hit or miss here. Don’t even bother selecting “napkins or any other condiments” … they NEVER include them.The delivery is somewhat fast. I don’t know why I even tip anymore saying they ALWAYS forget my items I requested. The subs are starting to lack care in making them. I think 5 delivery tries for them to improve their service is enough.

If I could rate lower I would, they have one job and it's to make sandwiches, how can they do this when they never have bread. Needs new management or something. You literally shut the whole place down without bread. Figure it out

The sign on the door said they were open until 9:00, but at 8:45 the door was locked and we could see the employees standing inside watching us try to open the door. Unacceptable.

Stopped in last Saturday at 10:45 am with 3 other families to eat in between soccer games. When all was said a down we didn’t leave till after 12.. We will never return to this location. We were immediately greeted with an attitude from the angry staff. (They had a bunch of catering orders and waited until 45 mins after open to start working on them.) We were not sure why until we asked if we could sit at a high top that had some boxes on it. The worker said No, where else do you expect us to put our to go boxes for catering. I was confused as the restaurant had 1 other patron and plenty of spaces to put the boxes.. but we decided to go to the back of restaurant where the was more space to sit.. We wanted kids to wash hands before we ate so went to the bathrooms. All of the kids and parents had to use the men’s room because the woman’s was locked the whole time. The staff also had their kitchen door open that lead to dining room so you had about 5 inches of space to walk through restaurant so we had to keep opening and shutting door and it was gross!! This was already so much but we hadn’t even ordered yet… Once we get bathroom settled we went to front and started ordering our food. A few of us had ordered and one of the staff complained “we can’t not make any more orders until we finish our catering for the day. So it will be 10-15 mins till you get food after you order. We all obliged as that’s a reasonable request for Saturday. Well 50 mins later we still had no food, no apology and no offer for refund!! We couldn’t even get our receipt!!! The staff just kept complaining that we were there! Giving all the customers attitude and ignoring everyone who came in store! The restaurant had become busier to and the only announcement they made was when we were ordering so at this point there was like 15 people standing around waiting for food. The thing is their food is good! The customer service and the way this situation was handled was terrible. We couldn’t even get our receipt because they were so rude and annoyed by us. Top it off the restaurant didn’t even have napkins for their patrons..Honestly, I could go on and on about how awful this was for all involved but you get it! It’s been a week and no response from Manager or corporate which makes it worse that they clearly don’t care about their customers! Don’t walk… Run from this location!!!

I have had an exceptional experience every time I have ordered from this location. The staff is friendly, the food is FREAKY FRESH, and the atmosphere is pleasurable. Last week, I was waiting for my order, and had the most wonderful conversation with the staff and fellow customers. It encourages me to come back each and every Monday. Shout out to Anastasia and Angel. You guys deserve a RAISE!!!!!

I’m giving one star because zero stars wasn’t an option. I am proactive and order my lunch EARLY for work. I placed an order at 11:20 AM. I called at 12:10 PM because it had been listed as “out for delivery” for 30 minutes and they simply had no explanation. I called back again at 12:38 AGAIN, absolutely no explanation but here ya go here’s a refund. It’s then 1:00 PM and I’ve not only wasted my entire lunch hour for work waiting, but I still don’t have my food and I haven’t eaten all day. I call back and was advised they don’t track their drivers and therefore can’t tell me if I should expect my food or not. It finally arrived at 1:07 PM with no drink even though I ordered one. This seems to be a pattern with Jimmy John’s and their customer service. I ordered them often because it was convenient and I didn’t have to use door dash. This was probably my last time ordering jimmy johns. Completely unacceptable.

Went from Freaky Fast to Super Slow. Not sure what's going on with this location lately, I found out after the fact, the last few times coworkers have ordered it has taken around 1 hour to arrive. I placed an online order and received confirmation at 12:01pm. It literally took almost 2 hours to arrive. I called around the 1 hour mark, and the girl who answered the phone was very kind and apologetic. Another coworker also ordered today and cancelled when her order ran past the 2 hour mark. Hopefully you guys can get it turned around. A lot of people at my place of employment have been long time customers and will no longer be ordering.

Ordered catering. We went to pick it up and were early, but we’re in zero rush so we sat and talked.We had an extreme avocado allergy and couldn’t have any in the box. When we placed the order we checked multiple times that she noted about the allergy.When we were there to pick up we asked about the allergy and they said they had no note and would have to remake the sandwiches.Again, we weren’t in a hurry and did apologize for the inconvenience of having to remake 3 sandwiches. When the worker finished our food she slammed it on the counter, mumbles have a good day and walked away quickly clearly upset.Mistakes happen, that’s not at all the issue. The rudeness was the problem and shouldn’t have happened. We will not be ordering catering or anything else from this location again.
