I went a distance to get some chicken but this location was closed so still wanting some chicken I headed to the Strongsville location and could not believe it but they were closed. I am not happy with KFC It appears that they dont want our service. Perhaps its time they just close for good...

Time now 11:00 It was just supposed to be Open 10:30 was told by woman on phone we are not open goodbye when I asked what the problem was she told me They are hanging up now this is not the first time this has happened I don't know what the problem is but they should close the doors. forever.very poor customer service I will be contacting corporate with the same message.

They looked like they were open.lights on and cars in parking lot. i was there at 5pm in the drive thur last week. Are they just lazy or rude. I tried asking why they were closed but they didn't answer so very rude. wonder why there closed. company losing money and business. I went to the north Olmsted KFC. it is a lot better than the westlake one. Nicer staff, clean restaurant. better looking and tastier food.

Showed up at the drive-thru on a Saturday at 6:50pm ready to enjoy a 4 piece dark meal. They greeted me and informed me that they were out of product and in the process of closing. At 6:50 on a Saturday? Hours say open till 11:00. What a bunch of useless morons. This is not the first time I've arrived at a KFC that was supposedly open only to be told to go somewhere else. Honestly about done with them

They just close whenever they want to. Got in line at 6:10pm. They took the order of the vehicle in front of me then told me they were closed. Just lazy employees who don't want to be busy

Just as bad as Popeyes. Bad service bad chicken.I went to the drive through , 7:30ish pm,A vice came over the intercom.Sorry we’re closed . I asked oh what time does this location close. Nothing. I don’t understand why . It was awkward. And I left thinking nope no more . I’m done with these poorly run fat food chicken places here.Cains here I come ,I won’t stray.
