You get what you pay for - great prices but mediocre food, standard service, concerning hygiene practices, and overall unremarkable.
Let’s start with my concerns over food hygiene practices. Towards the end of my meal there was an accident where a server dropped dishes by the food window/expediting station. The guy at this station did a nice thing by helping the server pick up what was dropped. My issue: he then proceeded to handle food/plates without washing his hands!! If this is the practice of the kitchen staff out in the public dining room then Lord knows what they’re doing behind the scenes. This is how people get sick. It’s pretty simple, if you touch the floor or a dirty object then go wash your hands!
As for the food, it was decent but nothing to write home about and definitely not worth going out of your way. Our table ordered the burger with fries, the Thai chicken bowl, and the Szechuan noodles. There was nothing wrong with the food per se but there also wasn’t anything remarkable about it. My dinner, the Szechuan noodles, I’d compare to the quality of a frozen dinner or really cheap takeout. Super sugary sauce that overwhelmed the plate, small portion, and the chicken tasted hyper processed somehow which I attribute to it likely being cooked way ahead of time and then just dumped on the plate for each order. Just my guess, though.
The service was pretty standard for a restaurant. Our server was lovely but often went missing. Also, given where our table was positioned near a high top servers had to squeeze by the chairs at the tables end, often bumping into my mom’s seat. This is jarring as you’re trying to eat. The one thing to note about the atmosphere is the noise level. I could not hear the person sitting next to me. Between the loud music and the insane amount of noise from diners I couldn’t wait to leave.
Overall, if you want an affordable meal and don’t mind the cons outlined above then it light be worth a visit for you. I, however, cannot recommend this experience.

I came here 2 Saturdays in a row this place is absolutely amazing food was great and service was excellent manager was visiting different tables making sure everything was okay managers name was Ahmed only cause we asked very professional and courteous thank you for the great service and great food.

Went in mid-December with some girlfriends. The restaurant was very busy, but at no point did we feel rushed or neglected. I got cheddar & scallion biscuits for the table and they were amazing, super flavorful. For my meal I got the Crispy chicken platter, it came with hand cut fries, slaw and hot honey dipping sauce, also amazing. A nice selection of craft beer. Over all would highly recommend.
The food was out quickly and the service is amazing! All the staff is so friendly, Ahmed was great and very respectful!

Kitchen Social in Westlake, Ohio is always amazing. The food never disappoints—everything on the menu is so good. The cauliflower appetizer is always a go-to, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything you order. Our waiter, Michael, made the experience even better. He was amazing and so funny, which made the night that much more enjoyable. Great food, great service, and always a great time.
