Opting for pre-cocktail drinks, we found ourselves so enamored by Christian's service that we decided to remain in the bar despite having dinner reservations elsewhere. His drink knowledge was evident and attentively addressed all our inquiries. Christian went above and beyond by recommending a delightful off-menu special that left our taste buds WANTING more. Furthermore, he made my son's birthday celebration truly memorable, ensuring it was an unforgettable occasion. We'll undoubtedly return, as the BAR AREA has now become our preferred spot, and the thoughtful gesture of a picture for my son was a delightful touch.

My wife and I had a great experience here for a date night. The restaurant has beautiful decor and a great atmosphere. The servers were personable, friendly, and professional. Most importantly, the food was excellent. I had the lamb shank with cheese tortellini and I would definitely get it again. I would recommend to anybody looking for a fine dining experience for a night out.
Luca West is an amazing experience for any lover of true Italian cuisine. The food is phenomenal, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the setting is superb. As regulars of this fine establishment, the quality, consistency, and service keep us coming back.
Dined here prior to this time in the summer and this time wasn't as good. The lobster in the bologna dish I got this time had a funky taste to it and the shrimp along with the lobster were overcooked and rubbery. I also had to ask the waitress 3 times for a straw and when I finally ordered a sprite I finally got a straw for my water. The last time we visited, it was just as busy if not more busy and was overall a better experience. The only good thing this time was the bread service and the mussels appetizer ordered. I also saw countless dirty spoons and a poured water already sitting on our table. This is our last time here forsure.

Fatos was our server and he did a great job making recommendations. His service was excellent. We had the wild boar and the halibut specials and they were delicious! The last time we were there was in 2018 - not sure why we waited so long. We won't wait that long again!

Was there last week in their private room for a dinner. We had 25 people. There should have been more than one waitress. She was working her butt off to keep up. Got there at 5 and left at 9pm!!!! Service was SLOW and the food was gross. After spending $360 for 2 adults and 3 kids, we stopped at Burger King on the way home. Waste of money. Wait staff was amazing. They were trying.

This has got to be the best Italian restaurant this side of Cleveland. Even compared to little Italy, this place is modern and delicious from bread to desert. It is pricey but worth every penny. Even if you only have 30 bucks for dinner you can still get something special. It took 6 years living here to find it and I'm glad we did!

Everything was great. Place is loud but it was a busy Saturday night. Server Diana was excellent -- walked us through specials and suggested a great bottle of wine. Started with sachetti, then beet salad, then I had the grilled veal chop and wife had the tortellini di vitello. All perfect. We got a Panna cotta dessert that was not good -- it wasn't set properly. But a minor blemish on an otherwise perfect meal.

Violet was our server and she was outstanding. We always had water, drinks and everything we needed for a great evening. The food is delicious every time. I highly recommend Luca West to anyone.

This is probably one of the best happy hours I've ever been to, and I almost hate to leave this review for fear LW will become overrun and I will never again get a seat at the bar!My friend and I met for drinks and dinner on a weeknight. We sat at the bar and were in time for happy hour. The drinks were tasty and also affordable. We were both really impressed with the bartender. She was knowledgeable and sweet, but also gave us great service without pestering.But the food? That's what drove it home. Again, my friend and I both ordered off the happy hour menu and couldn't believe how large the portions were for the price. Plus, it was delicious. I had the bolognese, and it was amazing! By the time I was finished I was completely stuffed.The atmosphere is modern an upscale, and I appreciated the little details like mini chandeliers inside the light fixtures around the bar. I want those! So cool!

The warm crusty bread with olive oil was delicious. Our shared salad was crisp and nicely dressed. Our pasta entrees were attractively presented, the bowl rimmed with delicious clams and perfect shrimp. I felt my glass of wine was a tad to expensive. Overall, a good experience.
excellent dinner for a birthday and new home celebration dinner. the bread and oil was a lovely start and the pictures and dessert at the end to celebrate made the occasion very special! Attentive staff, food delicious! we will be back again soon!

Food was absolutely amazing! We ordered many appetizers including the calamari, sacchetti and antipasti. The costolette was perfect. Wide selection of wine. Tiramisu and crème brûlée are great too. Service is outstanding. I’ll definitely be coming back.

The noise level was unbearable. Some sort of noise reduction needs to be installed. We were seated in what is a big room with lots of tables and lots of people, no sound blockers. This was disappointing as the food and service were great.
