I ordered 5 packets of BBQ with my meal, and paid for them, the young woman who gave me my food basically made me twist her arm before she would give me what I paid for. It’s honestly ridiculous to be so stingy over some sauce, especially when I PAID. Coming here was a mistake I won’t make again.

So impressed with the freshness of my meal and the expediency with which it was prepared! The young woman at the front counter is so friendly and personable with every customer she encounters. Other locations could learn a lot from how things are done here. Employees are genuinely upbeat and invested. Seems like a great work environment. Well done, all of you!

The food is usually good and hot, only reason I give 2 stars is because every so often you can hear and see the staff arguing with each other right in front of customers which I find very unprofessional otherwise service is good.

I ordered the deluxe spicy McCrispy sandwich and it was horrible. The patty was tiny and it tasted funny (almost tasted like they used the mcChicken patty). I also ordered a medium caramel macchiato, and it does not look like a medium and it was not filled to the top. The fries were the only good part of this order, as usual…
