Waited 18mins for a mobile order of fries and large Coca-Cola that was already paid for. Then when I get my order 1 it was cold 2 there was only have filled large fry that was soggy old fries. I will not be spending another dime at this location

I ordered at 11pm on 08/19/25 and mobile app said it was good only drive through open til midnight. Girl came out and said they was closed i said I already paid and it said ur open til midnight and I tried to cancel and wouldn't let me she didn't care and was rude this is the 3rd time this place at this location as closed so early now I am out money and food!

Horrible experience, both Dwayne and Jody were extremely unprofessional and displayed horrible attitudes. I’ve never experienced such behavior before. Management needs to do a better job of training their staff. Never coming back.

Slowest drive thru experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. 15 minutes to go from the order windows to the pay window. I will never come back. This is at 8:30 at night. I recommend driving one extra exit and going to the Columbia McDonald’s. It is much more efficient and you won’t be held hostage in the drive-through.

The food is standard but I wish they would revisit the expectations that coffee should be filled to the top line in the cup. That has always been standard operating procedure at McDonalds and this location does not consistently follow it. Especially the manager who wears the white button shirt.
