Let me start by saying that my review is not on the employees or the food. The staff is nice and I know they work hard. The food is good (when you can actually order). This Mc Donald's has SO many issues. I'm not sure if it's POS (computer) issues, but there is always something wrong. They need a large sign at the drive thru letting you know when their computers aren't working. When you wait in line for 10 minutes with hungry children to find out that; "we are only taking online orders" "we are only taking cash" "we aren't taking any orders right now" "we aren't accepting cash" "we have having issues with our registers" it could be very frustrating. Please post a sign so customers aren't waiting in line to find out that they can't order. I'm very disappointed in this location.

I never had issues with this location before now. The last two time I have gone, the wait time in the drive through was dreadfully long. And i got the wrong food. I ordered mcdoubles with extra ketchup and no pickles or salt. Got normal mcdoubles BOTH times. And at the drive through order kiosk the person running it was talking super fast like they wanted me in and out as fast as possible which lead me to believe it would be a quick trip. It never was. Today i get home and my burgers were wrong. They had pickle and all yhe workings of a normal mcdouble and instead of a 10-piece mcnugget, i got a 9-piece mcnugget. From now on i will pull over and check my food and return anything that is wrong. This is unacceptable.

Ok so this is McDonald's. Only 4 stars because the unhealthy meal... aside from that this has to be the best McDonald's within 25 min of my house in avonlake. When I go here it's normally later pm hours and the food is still fresh. Been there 4 or 5 times this year so far amd the service is always polite. The line is always steady moving. And this restaurant doesn't have the same post Corona issues most have such as cold food or missing the meat off a sandwich when you get home with it. I ask for light sauce on my Mac and it's (this far) the only McDonald's that can handle that after 5pm. Love it lady's and gentlemen that work there. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Drive through went quickly enough which was good because I was on all day drive from Detroit back home to Massachusetts so I didn't want to be stopped long. The food tasted exactly like every other McDonald's I ever been to. I appreciated the speed with which I served.
Melissa, in the Drive-Thru, is SPOT ON! She is friendly, fast, and efficient. Promote her OR give her a raise- that woman is incredible at what she does for you guys!

The initial customer service was astoundingly rude, we had to pull through the drive through up to the first window after waiting at the menu outside for about 10 minutes. Only to get someone who was having a phone call and being very discourteous towards us. We felt rushed and like we were being a bother to this woman. However the person at the second window who had many piercings was kind and courteous.

I'm gluten free so I always order my burgers here with no buns. I ordered a burger no bun and I got a bun with no burger, so obviously I sent it back but the second order I got was also just buns. It took them three trys to give me a plain burger patty.
