This location is consistently trash. I live closeby and resort to McDonald’s for a quick meal on a regular basis. So much so, that I’ve become familiar with the employees as they have with me… So I knew better than going to this location 8 minutes before closed on 3/15. I ordered a medium drink and a fry, trying to be conscientious of the fact that they were trying to close and I didn’t want them to have to cook anything major. I knew something was up when I paid for my food and the manager/ cashier at the time had a smile that was suspiciously happy and didn’t say you’re welcome after I said thank you for taking my money. She was smiling when she handed me my drink and food and it was the same creepy she had when she took my order. She gave me a small drink instead of the medium that I paid for. The french fries, which I had already expected (and was fine with) to have been sitting on the fryer for hours… we’re cold, but wet with a cold liquid and left a chemical burning taste on my tongue. I suspect out of spite for going to this location so close to the time they closed, they contaminated my food with cleaning chemicals. It’s been 15 minutes and the burning in my mouth is gone but my stomach isn’t right still. Should’ve just gone to Wendy’s across the street.

There’s a lot of bad managers here,I guess there’s a manger doing drugs in her car in the parking lot,and they always pick on this African American guy,I always see him doing hard work and Shauna yells at him repeatedly even when he’s on his phone for a sec to see what his dad needed,and then she makes the kids manager when he’s been told and promised he would become manger,and she cuts everyone’s pay and hours and she refuses to show up all the time and she’s always drunk when she arrives,horrible managers,I’ll be reporting this to the company

Extremely bad workers in the eveningI went to get my coffee it was raining and cold I got it from drive through it was cold and burned s I requested fresh one she asked me to pull over and she will bring it to meI waited for 10 minutes no one showedI went back to the drive through she handed it to me in a rude way and said just to let you know it just finished brewed now and turn her face and close the windowI was so mad and annoyed I called the store asking for the manager the one who answered said I’m the manager( which I doubt) said what do you want and I told her what happened she said ok and never said I’m sorry or apologize so what a good management I had experience with!!!I’ll never go there again
