I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak and onion rings and received a hot dog with a little bit of Cheesesteak (about 5 small/hard chunks of steak) on top that you could tell was sitting around all day, no onions at all & my 4 onion rings, yes, only 4, were so cold they felt like someone pulled them from a refrigerator and threw them in the box. Some of the worst food I've ordered in a long time! Definitely will be the first and last time I ever order from there! They didn't even deserve 1 star, but since I am forced to give at least 1 to write a review, I guess 1, it is. I was not impressed at all & don't suggest you order take out from them.

Food is always fresh and steaming hot, Jack and his team always deliver the most delicious tenders, hotdogs and fries! Not to mention they remember repeat customers, which stands out to me and makes a memorable experience. I love coming here!!

Worst experience ever customer service was terrible owners are rude and disrespectful food Quality is poor. Unsanitary establishment I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.
UPDATE: this establishment called my place of work to to complain about me leaving a review. How low will these people go? Again and I stand by it the worst experience ever next is the BBB.

What used to be a good place is no longer. Paid with cash and was actually charged more than prices posted. NO DISCOUNT whatsoever.....Told me that prices posted were the discount and it would be more with credit than prices posted....wth

The listed hours are from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. So why when I show up at 6:00 PM is the place locked and shuttered with the lights out?I've attempted to eat here five times already; I've shown up twice in the afternoon, twice at night, and tried to put in an online order once, and all five times the place is closed during hours when it should be open. And the best part? When I put in the online order (for a 6:30 PM pickup), the restaurant called me and told me they don't stay open past 5:00 PM because all the stores are closed at that point. THEN WHY ARE YOUR HOURS LISTED AS 11:00 AM TO 7:00 PM?
