If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would because that was how horrible of an experience this actually was. Mitchell our waiter was amazing and did absolutely everything he could to make sure we were taken care of - the manager on shift tonight 1/10 did what she could to take care of us as well but there’s no rebounding what happened tonight. We waited over an hour for our entrees tonight with 2 of the 5 entrees having hair in them. Thick black course hair. I will not ever come back to this location. The long wait times were just the beginning - we were there 1.5 hours before our entrees came to the table and that’s when we noticed the hair before we even started eating.

I haven’t been here in a while, but I received a gift card for Christmas and figured I’d give it a try. Corey who was our server was polite and very helpful. This review is based on the food and drinks. I spent $120 for 2 steaks and 2 drinks after tip. There was hair in both of our food, crumbs in my beer. The cuts of meat felt beyond cheap and consisted of mainly chewy parts that weren’t edible. I would hope for a high quality meat if I’m paying $30-$35 per steak. The dining room was also freezing and it seemed like they didn’t even keep the heat on. I hope Corey is the only one to receive the tip since he is the only one to deserve it based off my experience.

We hadn’t been here in quite some time, but we were given a gift card and decided to give it another try. When we arrived, there were three employees at the host stand, all on their phones, and it felt like we were inconveniencing them by checking in.

Our server, however, was excellent throughout the meal. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. The wedge salad had far too much topping and dressing, the French onion soup was bland, and both steaks were undercooked — we ordered medium rare, and they came out closer to rare.

We were seated within clear view of the host stand, and throughout our meal the employees remained on their phones, which was disappointing and unprofessional.

I gave this place 2 stars. The salad was wilted and tasted off, and the steak was so chewy it felt like chewing rubber. On top of that, the prices are way higher than the quality you get. Not worth the money or the disappointment.

Steaks were undercooked - med rare was raw. How is a steak place not able to cook a steak correctly? Filet medallions were fatty, chili was barely warm, bit into bites that were cold. Men's room stinks like a backed up sewer. Attended a birthday dinner there, not by choice.
