If you get the pick 2, the half sandwich is more of a finger tray sandwich. It was literally 3 bites. I won't be getting Panera again. The prices for the portion are ridiculous. Thirteen dollars for some nonsense.

Seriously; a coffee house shouldn’t be out of coffee… for hourssssss ?I usually go to Rocky River location; which is perfect!Yet, I meet a friend at this location; this afternoon and I am shocked! Is this a Panera cafe or someone who’s pretending to be one!Like I came mid afternoon and stayed for 4 hrs! 4 hrs no coffee! Like legit the 4 dispensers were out! The cafe wasn’t busy for not refilling it! We had to notify the team twice.. and they were “okay!”Finally as I was leaving at 7; they prepared light roast coffee that was full of coffee grounds! ?Hope this was an isolated incident !Like I don’t see myself coming again to this location; but if I do; hope to get better experience and then will update my review :)

This was the most disappointing flatbread pizza. Ordered the pepperoni and at first glance when I opened the box thought it was just cheese only. They put the pepperoni under the cheese and then baked it. If Dave Portnoy was reviewing this it would get a 0.0. Lame!! Cup of Chicken noodle is $7 bucks wow. It’s sad to see the fall of a once great place.

I was deeply disappointed with my recent visit to Panera. The French onion soup was served lukewarm and had to be sent back. The dining room was nearly empty, yet almost every table was dirty, and the floor was littered with crumbs. Our order was incomplete as they forgot our baguette and chips. Additionally, the portion sizes were unsatisfying. Paying $35 for a meal where you’re expected to do everything but cook is unreasonable. Overall, a regrettable experience.

I waited 15 minutes on a pick up order for them to switch out drinks. One employee told me they were taking care of it as i waited for 15 minutes. I’m not sure what her name was because she doesn’t matter. All that I know it JULIANNA!!! My savior Julianna! She switched the drink out immediately & also gave me a fresh baguette loaf in replacement of a burnt one. I was there today, November 2, 2023 from 2:10-2:30. Julianna was working cashier! She is AMAZING! THANK YOU JULIANNA!

I asked about my favorite soup the tika masala and the woman taking the order looked at me like I was confused. Apparently not available at this time but she had no idea what I was talking about!

We went really early to get some bagels for our son and his friends @ Case Western. The girl in the counter was young and tried her best to help. The location is clean but very understaffed.

Home delivery. Ordered a smoky buffalo chicken sandwich and chips. Good was very bland, chips were like the old wise chips .Also ordered poppy chicken salad... Had 1 sliced strawberry and 3 blueberries and a couple mandarin oranges....very little chicken and rest was a lot of iceberg. The food quality has sured changed for the worse over the years. We wont do it again.

The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. The service is sufficient even during busy times. I have found my new go-to location to take my eight-year-old for lunch. She loves the mac and cheese. I recommend the fugi apple salad.Kid-friendliness: As a parent, I find it challenging to cater to my picky-eater kids. However, this place is a lifesaver as it offers a variety of options that appeal to everyone's taste buds. It makes dining out hassle-free for parents like me.

Order at the kiosk as the clerk would not honor the pick two price. Another older clerk chastised me for asking them to honor it.
