Ashley went over and above today to accommodate our requests. The outside bartender, however, had an attitude and was loud enough so we could hear her comments. Ashley made up for the bartender’s bad attitude. Perfect service needs to be awarded. Ashley was that great server.

Went on Trivia night with a group in 90 degrees. Air conditioning was barely on. They played music while conducting trivia in a corner where you couldn't hear the announcer. My brother's burger was burnt to a crisp hockey puck, and the lava cake was an overdone brownie.

The Management at the Westlake location doesn’t care about the customer service. Our waitress, Ashlei, was great. Unfortunately, it took over an hour to have a salad order prepared and after one hour we decided we didn’t want it. They had already charged my credit card so I will be looking at my credit card statement to dispute this. Also, the special was a bucket of Surfsides for $30.00 dollars and they charged me $35.00 for each. The manager didn’t have the courtesy of even coming over to our table to apologize or have a conversation. I did tip Ashlei in cash as she deserved it but the fact that management didn’t care enough to come and talk to us was totally unacceptable. The folks next to us also had an order that was not correct so they were unhappy. I don’t know what is going on at this location but the management doesn’t seem to care about Anything customer service wise at this location. I will NEVER go back to this location as they don’t deserve anyone’s business at this point. I feel bad for the wait staff as they are the ones who have to deal with the customers since the management team can’t be bothered. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. This place sucks from a management standpoint. The wait staff was great.

Visited Panini’s on Sunday, July 27th, and had a terrible experience on the patio. Despite it being slow outside, we waited over 30 minutes without being acknowledged. Multiple servers made eye contact but clearly chose to ignore us. We eventually got up and left, knowing that saying something would probably just make the service worse. Meanwhile, another couple was seated and served within 5 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable service.

We had a great lunch yesterday at Paninis on the patio. We had the fried pickles, spinach artichoke dip, hot Italian sub, and the BLT. It was all delicious!

Kristen, the bartender outside, took good care of us. The manager, Ethen was also awesome. I had the original Panini's overstuffed corned beef. Same taste and quality as when the original site opened. Can't say a single bad thing about the bar and food.

Brother had a 60th b day party in a private room ...Absolutely nailed it. From the food to the service. The 2 girls behind the bar were fabulous. Made it a great night . Appreciate the hard work
It's a cool place to have some drinks, grab some eats, catch some live music, or watch live Sports Ball games at the bar. They, as well, have a couple sand volleyball courts for real live sports ball. All and all a nice place for the area.

Wow. Some of the BEST service I’ve ever received. Hats off to ETHAN! This man needs to be highly valued in the Panini organization. The level of respect, care and kindness is next level. This is the kind of person you want in any business. His attention to detail is great and I noticed as he made sure every table was taken care of. I almost never write reviews but I’m honored to write this one. Oh also the food is fantastic and the fries are the made so fresh.

Was fun having a live band! But the food was the worst. We were here with a large group and all our food was dry or cold. Several of us got the wings and burgers. How do you mess this up? It felt it was sitting out for awhile. Won’t be going back
