I ordered large pizza from this store today and guess what they charge me triple time for one single order .
I called the store after my bank notified me about multiple times changing, and person by the phone said that they have nothing with that since it was online order .
So who is responsible then !!!???

I came here may 5th at 11pm and there was only one girl working, she was doing amazing and super kind but I felt bad , why is there only one worker doing so many orders ?

Always a good option for a quick eat with friends and family. I go for deals through this store and always find something interesting tor medium and large gatherings (10-15 people).

I usually order delivery, this time I was very disappointed. pizza sauce, cheese and toppings shift to one side. Whoever handles the pizzas handles them poorly. We got a very bad stuffed crust pizza. The worst delivery pizza experience so far. 😡

I placed a delivery order one large pepperoni, sausage, banana pepper, thin crust pizza 45 Minute wait when my pizza arrived it was burnt. I called to order another one and I guess they thought I was calling to complain or ask for my money back the woman who took my order told me well. I’ll connect you to the store. I’m not at the store and I guess they recognize my phone number and pick the phone up and hung it up. How disgusting and petty . Sounds like the health department needs to pay pops John’s in North Royalton a visit see what else is going on cause if you treat people like that I’m sure there’s other issues need to be addressed

Always great pizza. But went there last night. My order was for pick up. When I arrived to picked up my order. They said the delivery guy took the wrong order, which was my order and I had to wait till he came back with my order. Since he took it by accident. I think the Manager should have gave me something for free next time or remade the order. By the time I got home the food was cold. Poor management.

Very inconsistent food. Ironically it was good when ordered on New Year’s Eve which was very busy. Then a few weeks later and it’s worse than 90s elementary school cafeteria pizza. Stomach churning and now swearing off Papa J’s.

The girl there with the pink and black hair…a couple months ago she took my order, made it very hot and fast! But she also came out and jump started my car for me with her own car while noticing I was having trouble…Will be back to this location!

Roll the dice - will you get 5-star service/food, or 1-star? That's the problem with this location - total inconsistency. I realize labor is tight post-pandemic, but don't take orders if you're going to leave them sit in the store 30 minutes before you hand it off to Door Dash without any insulating covers and have them deliver it stone cold another 20 minutes later. That's what happened to me tonight. A couple orders ago, their "Papa Track" feature notified me the pizza had been delivered, but nothing had shown up. I ran next door as occasionally my neighbors get my Amazon packages, so I thought maybe they got the pizza. They didn't have my pizza either. At this point I call the store and let them know the app said my pizza was delivered 10 minutes ago, and nothing is here. The manager seems highly annoyed, and immediately and very curtly says, "He'll be there in 10 minutes." So I wait. And about 8 minutes later the driver pulls up with the pizza. Makes me think they were reporting them delivered even though they weren't to make their metrics look better on some internal reporting. Sometimes it arrives hot and fresh, which is great. But you're basically gambling with them - you just never know what it will be. Other local pizza places are more reliable, so I'm going to just stick with the competition at this point.
