I love Penn Station but will not be back to this location. The fries looked about 2 days old or were cooked in very old oil. My cheesesteak spilled everywhere because it wasn't wrapped correctly and my large sandwich wasn't cut into sections. The sandwich was mediocre at best. The only good thing was the lemonade which you really can't mess up. There needs to be some retraining because there were failures at multiple levels. For a $20 meal I expected a lot more.

Such a great experience at this Penn Station. Was there around 12:30pm today for lunch and the staff was awesome and the food was fresh and tasty! Will def be back!!
This is a great place for a delicious Sub ! The people are very friendly and the food is prepared fresh. There is actually meat in there sandwiches. No skimpy portions here. Not cheap but worth the price. The restrooms are clean and there is ample seating in the restaurant. Plenty of parking out front.
