Came from 2 hours away for a bday celebration...was hungry so no pics..oops! Ordered the lobster roll and it was very fresh! Well seasoned and cooked. Had the blistered Shishito peppers the flavor and sauce, cooked well! Very good flavor with a little kick! Then the bread pudding was my dessert, it was pretty good, like tres leches it was sitting in cream..FYI! Other than that I'd recommend and go back there.
To add the server was George, he was a gentleman and he knew the menu. He made great recommendations and answered all our questions. He ordered and timed things well and things seemed to come to our table fast and like clock work. He took our group pics.
I will not forget the greeting from the head chef or master chef. He was very excited and charming. He talked about the changes I told him I was impressed with the cuisine. The blistered shishito peppers were a game changer and all the variations of seafood and fish!
Please try this place.

First time there, for Valentine's Day. We had oysters and the honey cornbread. Both were good as appetizers, but the bread is filling. Had linguine and clams for dinner, which was excellent. Just the right amount of heat. We'll be back.

Ordered take-out. Overall, the food was okay. Seemed to have nothing special about it. Exactly middle of the road, hence the 3 stars. Nothing to write home about. (Definitely writing a review for random strangers tho😂)

Had an 8pm reservation. We showed up at 755. We were greeted by the hostess telling us they were not accepting walk ins. We said not to worry we have a 8pm reservation. He then tells us they are super busy and will likely be a 45 min wait to for service. We offered to just sit and drink as we were not in a hurry. We were then told there was no where to sit and “since we are so busy the service will likely be sub-par.” We were looking forward to trying this place and almost felt stone walled at the door. Would not recommend if you need to eat in a timely manner or even at all as we have seen. It’s amazing to me reading other reviews that management hasn’t solved this issue. We expected better.

Little pricey, but not bad! Mussels were good, linguine and clams were not that great and overpriced!

Great service & atmosphere! Although the quality of the food we were served was subpar compared to the prices we were charged. One person at our table ordered the lobster mac & cheese. It had to much liquid and barely any lobster. Out of the five of us, only one person enjoyed the food that was served. Probably would never return to this restaurant.

The fresh catch is always fabulous. Creatively presented. Love the etouffe!
We were disappointed with our food. The po boy was lacking consistency. The Lobster roll was nothing to write home about and the oysters which were ordered as an appetizer came out after the rest of the food. I can understand short staffed, but a lack or order and timing is hard. Would have happily waited longer for the food to be correct. And we went before a rush came in.

Nice location and ambiance in the restaurant. Waitress was friendly just not very knowledgeable of the items. There were out of a few items we wanted. The crab cakes were maybe 1.5-2oz and sort of wet. The shrimp and grits were grits with shrimp stock poured over. The Lobster Mac was very bland with a small amount of lobster. The oysters were good, got the hot and cold.... both pretty good. Overall, just not the best experience.

I'm a seafood snob from the East Coast. Food just didn't meet my expectations.

I've had to remove my great review and post a new one based on the terrible experience we had last night. We had a 5:30 reservation, arrived and were seated, then waited for 15 minutes for the server to come over. She stood at the next table chatting with other guests for at least 5 minutes. She brought us drinks after another 15 minute wait, but the appetizer we ordered never arrived. Again she went to the next table to stand and chat. After we had waited 30+ minutes for the appetizer and couldn't find our server, we asked the host to check on our food. A different server brought our undercooked shoshito peppers about 5 minutes later. Finally we decided to leave and had to interrupt our server at another table to get her attention. She told us there would be no charge but blamed it on the "slow kitchen." We left her an undeserved tip. What a shame- we were hoping to get the seasonal clambake but ended up bringing home fast food instead.

Have been here twice before, dinner and brunch. This past Sunday was there for brunch at 11. First couple people in the building and our server was friendly, 4 out of 5 of us were there, just very slow service, and it wasn't crowded. Don't know what was going on. our 5th arrived, we order drinks, seemed to take forever. Finally got our mimosa kit, still waiting on 3 coffees. Finally ready to order near 1pm, and when asked what the omelet of the day was, server once again left an was gone for 15 more minutes. Food was good, but we were extremely hungry by this point. A larger table came in after we did, and got their food, before our order was even taken. they remarked when they were leaving, that they had come in after us, were done, and we had just gotten our food. I think we finally were done at like 245...It was the world's longest brunch. Won't be back anytime soon.
