Place is terrible, TERRIBLE! Food was nasty, service was worse. We tried talking to the manager with no avail. Wrote an email with no response. I'll wait for your copy and paste apology on here. Let me ask you this, how many times do you have to relay to your team or address an issue and it still continues?
I came in today and the restaurant was so nice and clean! The chefs were amazing, and the manager Tai was on top of everything — from helping with takeout bags to clearing plates from tables. Our server was also great! I’ll definitely be coming back again and again.
The food was delicious and the service was friendly, I really enjoyed my experience.
We had a reservation, yet still had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Once at our table, it took 35 minutes just to receive our drinks. Our server was inattentive, forgetting items we requested and disappearing for long stretches of time.
We were there to celebrate a birthday and had mentioned it ahead of time, but nothing was acknowledged. Meanwhile, we saw other tables receiving special treatment and birthday celebrations, which made the oversight even more disheartening.
The food was underwhelming given the hype and price point. The cook was lackluster, and the overall quality didn’t come close to justifying the steep prices. With poor service and mediocre food, it was a disappointing night all around. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
Had Shito Sush Plater. Sushi rice was too dry and tough. Was excited to visit here but disappointed. Not sure about hibachi. Had a table close to the enterance. It's pretty loud from the hibachi section.

Our server Blake was absolutely incredible. He was personable, made everyone laugh, and was quick to get anything we needed. I only downgrade to 4 Stars because we had a reservation at 6:30pm and did not get sat until 7pm. What’s the point of a reservation? With 8 kids under 7 years old this was incredibly frustrating and no one seemed to care or apologize while we waited. Grateful for Blake’s fantastic service or this experience would’ve been a 1 star easily.
I did a pick up order they gave me the wrong sushi order and the hibachi had no seasoning or sauce
Every single time we order, they forget something. Sometimes we get a completely different order. Sometimes they forget the condiments. Actually every single time they forget the condiments even when I put it in the special notes. Tonight when I ordered, I put it in two different note Locations to please include Yum Yum sauce And I even called up there to reiterate again, and the gentleman on the phone told me that it was already in the bag and that they did not forget. When the order arrived, they definitely forgot because there was no sauce. It’s so frustrating. We won’t be ordering from here anymore. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to follow Very simple instructions on such a regular basis. This is probably the fifth or sixth time in a row Our orders have been messed up and I have tried to be gracious and not complain and give them another chance but we are done.
The restaurant is clean, airy, the staff is enthusiastic and attentive, the food is served quickly, and the decoration is beautiful. Only the shrimp cocktail is too bad, the shrimp is not fresh and not delicious.

I love their happy hour, and on Thursdays, their selected sushi is half off. Fancy plating when serving sushi. They add a nice touch with dry ice in a small rock. The atmosphere is modern. It's a hot spot for hibachi and family gatherings, so it gets busy and crowded. Waiters get really busy, so immediate services can take some time.
