Not the best location I have been too. I've had friendly staff memebers but also not the worst nor meanest people. Just average. Thank you.
The service here is horrible. I visited early this morning. They weren't very busy, especially for a Starbucks. I and another customer stood at the counter for 10 minutes. Employees saw me, kept walking and doing things without even acknowledging my presence. I get it, they can be busy, but they weren't.
Service at this Starbucks is typically pretty bad and today was no exception. I ordered a venti black coffee, a tall hot chocolate, and a tall mocha.
You can't screw up a black coffee, can you? Even for this Starbucks you can't, but they can move at barely a snail's pace. I had both the hot chocolate and the mocha way before I got the black coffee. I had to ask for it.
The hot chocolate was weak. Tasted like flavored water.
Mocha was okay.
Black coffee was black. Like I said, you can't screw up black coffee, but they can make it ever so slowly.
Summary: this place is extremely slow and service is bad. Find another place to get your $4+ cup of coffee.

The place is mindblowingly slow. 30+ minute waits for a single drink. The other starbucks in/around crocker park are better.

This is the slowest Starbucks. Always understaffed. Online ordering won't work half a time. Could literally takes half an hour to get your drink. Very mismanaged. Such a shame for such a great location.

Do not go here if you are in a rush! I waited 30 minutes for my drink. My drink was tasty, however I could’ve went to a different Starbucks and got it in 5 minutes and tasted just as good lol! My main issue was the fact that I had to overhear a female worker talking poorly about a new trainee to her other coworker. I felt very bad for the poor girl that was training. This Starbucks gets 2 stars because I don’t appreciate nor tolerate bullies!! ???
Ordered a drink. Waited an hour. Never got the drink. They stole my money.
Waited literally 30 min for the slowest baristas on planet earth to make my bday drink. It was a blonde girl and another girl named Emily. It was so disgusting I threw it away, i was too upset to even go back and complain after standing there for so long and I had to rush out to make a movie. Horrible.

They are mismanaged; they probably need a change in ownership/management. Very depressing, even with all things considered. Food was quick. However can’t say the same for my espresso took me 30 minutes to get it! The lady making drinks was taking her sweet time taking breaks and talking to regulars. With no one in front of me I should have been in and out. Horrible experience!!

Placed my order inside waited more then 15 min and went back to the counter ask about it they said don’t know what happen to it they made wrong one and handed to me without saying a word
Literally giving an extra star because the place was clean. I put an order in for my boyfriend on the app while he was working out at Crocker park today. The order said 10-13 mins, okay fine. No problem. Next thing I know, 30 mins went by… the breakfast sandwich went cold, the drink was made like crap. And no one even acknowledged the fact he had been standing there waiting for 30 mins.. but helped/made drinks for many other customers who arrived after he did. He had to ask several times where his order was and it wasn’t until the 30 mins had passed someone finally made his drink and grabbed his sandwich that had probably been sitting there for 20 mins getting cold. I normally am not one to complain on timing as I am in the service industry as well, but to not even acknowledge someone after they had been asking where their order was is absolutely ridiculous. Tried calling the store and someone picked up the phone and set it down- I could hear everything in the background and when I tried calling back it kept saying busy.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. We came around 7:15am and the cashier was rude taking our order. The bathrooms were dirty and out of toilet paper. There were no napkins stocked. Coffee tastes like water.
