Always on strike never open anymore last two times I ordered they made it wrong and the employee gave me an attitude when I asked them to make what I ordered… close it down if you can’t get the employees in line and actually work like everyone else has to.

I was having a rough day so I decided to get some Starbucks and I’m very happy with that decision, it honestly changed my entire day around. customer service, I was treated perfectly. cleanliness, The place is clean and overall taste was amazing and I was struggling with a certain topic and that topic just happened to be written on my cup and I’m so happy that u ended off my dad with Starbucks THANK YOU!!!

Came onto this location to grab some quick lunch and a coffee. Ended up getting a bacon egg and gouda sandwich and an iced white mocha. Both were delicious. Staff was very quick, helpful, and nice. They even wrote happy birthday on my cup, which I thought was super cute!

Stopped by this Starbucks and was pretty disappointed. The barista didn’t even bother to greet me when I walked in—no hello, no smile, nothing. Just ignored me and acted like I was interrupting her day. Then she took forever to make a simple small drink. It wasn’t busy at all, so I really don’t understand what the holdup was. Not the kind of service I expect from a brand like Starbucks.

The service here is horrible. I visited early this morning. They weren't very busy, especially for a Starbucks. I and another customer stood at the counter for 10 minutes. Employees saw me, kept walking and doing things without even acknowledging my presence. I get it, they can be busy, but they weren't.
Service at this Starbucks is typically pretty bad and today was no exception. I ordered a venti black coffee, a tall hot chocolate, and a tall mocha.
You can't screw up a black coffee, can you? Even for this Starbucks you can't, but they can move at barely a snail's pace. I had both the hot chocolate and the mocha way before I got the black coffee. I had to ask for it.
The hot chocolate was weak. Tasted like flavored water.
Mocha was okay.
Black coffee was black. Like I said, you can't screw up black coffee, but they can make it ever so slowly.
Summary: this place is extremely slow and service is bad. Find another place to get your $4+ cup of coffee.

This is the slowest Starbucks. Always understaffed. Online ordering won't work half a time. Could literally takes half an hour to get your drink. Very mismanaged. Such a shame for such a great location.

Do not go here if you are in a rush! I waited 30 minutes for my drink. My drink was tasty, however I could’ve went to a different Starbucks and got it in 5 minutes and tasted just as good lol! My main issue was the fact that I had to overhear a female worker talking poorly about a new trainee to her other coworker. I felt very bad for the poor girl that was training. This Starbucks gets 2 stars because I don’t appreciate nor tolerate bullies!! ???
