Jessica G needs a raise!!! She went above and beyond today with great customer service. I recently had knee surgery but am not yet back to myself. She greeted me with a smile, put my cream and sweetener in my coffee and brought it all the way out to me at my table. Most people just do their job....Jessica knows what it means to take care of the customer!

Be prepared to wait 40 minutes plus and for your order to be made incorrectly. Even when ordering ahead far in advance, the workers will tell you “we just now got your order”. Worst Starbucks location by a mile.

You guys need to have more staff. I saw that the drive through was busy, so I went inside, thinking it would be faster. There were only 3 employees and it took 20 minutes for me to get my drink. Then when I finally got it I noticed they had made it incorrectly and I had to ask them to correct it.
This location consistently has trouble getting our orders correct and frequently has drive through waits in excess of 15 minutes (most recent was over 30 minutes and we had to leave). This location does not reflect the great service provided by other locations.

The worst Starbucks I’ve been to I have to wait close to 30 minutes every time even if it not busy and there are only two cars ahead of me. And once we pull up to the window it takes another 10 minutes for me to get my drinks.
The worst ever! Every single time I go away with undrinkable sludge! What's happened here??? The last 6 months I'm wasting money and dumping venti iced shaken expressos down the toilet. This place should just close up.

Worst Starbucks in Cleveland. Always has extremely Long, wait times even when they are not busy. Additionally, they frequently mess up the drinks and always seem inexperienced.

I have been attempting to go to this Starbucks for years. Dirty, disorganized, and unhelpful staff. Should be shut down and reopened with new management. Tried to go again today, waited 30 minutes for one drink before asking for a refund. Numerous people left without drinks or walked out after staff could not figure out how to refund them. Workers did not apologize and simply stated that there were a lot of mobile orders. Bad business model, bad management. Starbucks should be embarrassed of this location. Will never return.

This store uses to be my home store. No longer. In the last 8 months it has severely deteriorated in quality or drinks, customer service and cleanliness. Clearly evidence of very poor management. Frequently understaffed, to the point of closing lobby, and the staff posting sign that store is closed due to poor management! This store needs a clean sweep revamp, both in design and management. I have a new home store in Rocky River that is the exact opposite: great staff and customer service, excellently prepared drinks, and very clean! As a stockholder, I am appalled by this Westlake location.
This place needs to be shut down and replaced with a dunkin or something

just moved to the area so i’m not too familiar with this location but I went here a month ago, extremely rude girl at the window. I asked for hot sauce at the speaker and when i got my food there was no hot sauce so i asked for some, we all forget things. the girl at the window told me, with an attitude, that i need to check again because she put it in there as im holding it in my hand looking at it. i tell her no it’s not in there and she rolls her eyes and grabs me some. the guy standing in the back mouthed “i’m sorry” so at least he was nice about it. so unnecessary, just say my bad and go get it. Ive avoided this starbucks since then because it was a bad first impression. I went today before work and I ordered my latte kids temp, i clarified warm instead of hot. the girl taking the order repeated the order back to me and didn’t include kids temp so i corrected again. I get to the window and of course it’s the same rude girl from the first visit. she tells me my total and hands me food food that’s not mine then proceeds to tell me she charged me for the wrong order and laughs! no joke! I let that be because i was running late to work due to the 30 minute drive thru line and the girl honestly intimidated me. I had a feeling my latte wasn’t going to be the right temp so i asked her. she walks over looks at it and tells me “she already made it so”. I took my loss paying for the wrong order and receiving the wrong drink because i was late and didn’t feel like arguing with someone who’s already very aggressive for no reason. i work in the restaurant industry and even worked for starbucks at one point, that’s actually so sad that management has someone this miserable in a guest facing role.
