I ordered a mango dragon fruit lemonade from
Here and they made it wrong. It was way too light in color and tasted very off. I had already waited 15 minutes for it and it was very busy so it was fine but when I asked the barista brushed it off and didn’t remake it or fix it for me. I kept tasting it and said it didn’t taste right but nothing was done. The cashier was lovely and kind but I am just upset my drink was made wrong and was then dismissed.

I placed a pretty large group order, and it was completed so quickly! The staff were eager to help me transport and left so many uplifting messages on the cups.

As someone who works in customer service, I completely understand not every single day can be perfect. Not everything can go right and everyone deserves grace. But I’ve been frequenting this location since march of 2025 when I first started working in this area. All I can say is I really wanted to give this store the benefit of the doubt but truthfully, the quality of the drinks are terrible. My go-to order is typically an iced chai, or sometimes just a cold brew, and more often than not it is so watered down, flavorless and just poor quality. I’ve never had a problem with the service. Everyone has been super kind and professional. But I try to avoid this one as much as I can. Went there today to grab a pumpkin chai before work since it was the closest one and I instantly regret doing that. Not a bad location, but the quality of the drinks are never ever consistent.

The worst Starbucks ever! They consistently make awful drinks and clearly cannot follow a drink recipe. They also have a terrible attitude when called out for the constant mistakes.

This review was a long time coming. This starbucks used to be amazing - all the baristas were so kind, you could be in and out in five minutes, the store was clean (and not locked), and I never had issues with my order being correct. The last year, mobile order is shut off and the doors are locked. They never have trenta sip lids, only boba lids (?). There is only ever 2 or 3 baristas when I go. is this why my drink is never right or I wait thirty mins in the drive thru? The other day this older barista practically climbed out the drive thru window yelling at me to pull up because I was not pulling up fast enough??? At the end of the day I do not blame the baristas - this is just bad management and I feel bad for them. I understand they have to lock the doors because they have no staff (bad management) but
if your drink is made wrong and you dont realize it until after you leave and the doors are locked, you will not be able to get it fixed or get it refunded unless you wait in the thirty minute line again because customer service no longer refunds drinks. Dreaming about the old days where I looked forward to getting my treat of the week here, now its just truly a nightmare.

it’s disappointing the online ordering is ALWAYS turned off here because the only other starbucks is the one in crocker which is sort of inconvienient.

What is going on with this location? I work across the street and it seems like the lobby is closed constantly. Order ahead is rarely available, the drive through lines are always backed up.

We stopped here every morning while in New York to grab some egg bites and a hot chocolate. Unknown to us we had to pay to sit down in their seat area. That was weird. Must be in New York thing.
