My husband and I have gone to the Starbucks just outside of market district and have had terrible experiences. We decided to try the Starbucks inside market district today and we are so glad we did! The baristas that were working were friendly, kind and efficient and made two of the best drinks we’ve had in long time! We didn’t get their names but they were two stellar ladies working on 8/3/25 around 12:15p. Thank you for the great service and experience!

A lot of the reviews on this are for the Starbucks located outside of Market District. This one however is inside market district and staffed with one of the best Starbucks employees ever. Ive been coming here on and off for about two yrs before work. They staff is always friendly and my drinks are made perfectly!Gabby is always very polite and smiling before 8am. Today when I came in she was training a young man. She was being so encouraging and allowing him to make my drink with gentle reminders of what should be included. Starbucks please take note, Andrew ( I think that was the trainee) good luck with your training. You’re in good hands !

I order a quad espresso in a grande size with 2 pump of white mocha and whipped cream but instead they give me a tall and the orders not even correct, I waited for almost 30 minutes my coffee was not even out, worker need to train more. I was standing for 5 minutes to order a drink and they were just standing there.

I was out on a date after a nice dinner, stopped at Starbuck's for some coffees, ordered our drinks, sat down and started chatting. We were't there 5 minutes and were told that we had to leave. I asked if we did anything wrong and was told that the tables were closed. No signs, no indications, nothing! And I pointed out that there were two guys having coffee too and I was told that they were employees. WHAT? They could have told us that the area was closed before we ordered our drinks, tipped them, and sat down for a nice chat! I will never visit Starbuck's again! YOU BLOW!

The starbucks location right outside of Market District was closed so I ran inside to the small Starbucks. The girl working was absolutely amazing. She was busy and handled it like a champ. She even suggested a new drink! Give her a raise! Great customer service!!
