This was a pleasant surprise for a restaurant that is tucked away in a small plaza. The quality of the food is excellent. I am in Westlake 5 or 6 times a year for business and always try to do a dinner at Stella Mia when I am in the area.

Worst service we ever had!! Totally messed up one of our order, charged $6 for a dinner salad and the lasagna was 1/2 the size it used to be. There were probably 3 other tables and our table of 6. We waited 2 1/2 hours!! Not to mention they added a 20% gratuity!! Never again!!!

Excellent food, service, and atmosphere! Went there on a double date to catch up with an old friend and his fiancé. I could not have found a better experience in Northeast Ohio. I will definitely be going back.

The food was absolutely amazing. I would give a 5 star total but our waitress kept forgetting things after being asked multiple times for the things. With how much we spent, we expected the service to be better. We’ve only been once but will come back for sure we all loved our meals!

Have been here numerous times (including for several years for my birthday) and also had take out that was very good. Came here with a group of six for my birthday. I always order the same dish so I know the usual standard. I ordered Pasta Carbonara minus the bacon (I do not eat pork), so extra caramelized onions in lieu of the bacon. First, the dish had to be remade because it was made with bacon. Mistakes happen, so I was okay with this. Dish came, chicken was really not grilled which I was willing to overlook. There were literally only a few small pieces of onion that were sautéed, not caramelized. This would not have even been the normal portion. With no bacon, this would be where the flavor comes from.

I took the dish to the counter to speak with the server. She said she already mentioned the onions and was told “they blend in with the pasta”. I showed her the lack of onions and I let her know that I get this dish all the time and this is the worst I have seen.

I asked for a manager and was told there was none, only the owner who made the dish.
By this time, my family was most of the way through their meals. I asked for the caramelized onions to be added to the dish and I would have to get it to go. I have never encountered such disregard from an owner or manager. I have family in the restaurant business, and I know how these situations should be handled The dish was taken off the bill, however, I would have much rather enjoyed being able to eat with my family for my birthday. I’m going to have to rethink if we will be coming back.

Ordered carry out and everything was delicious.

Then I sat down and had dinner there, it was outstanding. The servers were great, the entire staff was super friendly and paid good attention to where we were with our meal.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of ADA parking and a couple of curb ramps.
