I haven't been to a Subway in years! I was in a rush and needed a quick lunch so I popped into this Westlake location. I was pleasantly surprised. The employees were gracious and engaged. My sandwich was delicious!! I'll be back.😊

The service was terrible an older lady served me I think she’s the owner she was very rude and didn’t make my sub the right way this will be my last time coming to this subway location she has terrible customer service

Dara is the best and most conscientious Subway Artist...She knows her regular customers' wants and needs. She has a caring staff, but is the best at making customers feel welcomed and a priority to serve. She should be on your Board of Directors because she always cares so very, very much and provides quality service.

I didn't go to a fast food place to wait on the employee to finish making their own food. I left without service. It's ridiculous. Not to mention the amount of detail she pays to building her own food but every other time I have been there my food just gets thrown together. This place needs new ownership

This store is always very clean. Every time I come in the manager always has everything looking so beautiful. The sandwiches are so fresh and taste great. The line even looks fresh and you can tell they rotate their food. This store is definitely a five star.
Vegetarian options: My favorite veggie sub with Parmesan vinaigrette. Amazing. Thanks to westlake subway.
Dietary restrictions: Can choose what you like or don’t want. Manager is very helpful and knowledgeable.

The feel of the place was very cold. I ordered a tuna sub and there was barely any tuna salad on the sandwich. We also ordered a BLT and the bacon was not cooked all the way. Over all not a great experience.
