Very slow in drive thru ..if you getting diordash..your orders are held hostage until the slow workers get the regular orders done while our two door dash orders just sat for 10 minutes making us late for delivery..terrible system ..they don't need to close that early it's freaking westlake..not cleveland! What are they worried about?! Don't go here!
I just don't enjoy the total lack of interaction. Ordered on a screen, food called out and left in bag on the to go shelf ( we ordered for dine in ) no clean tables so we cleaned our own. Consider just closing dr and become a drive thru only location
Taco Bell's too busy to even have anybody waiting on you you have to do it through a kiosk the only way they'll talk to you is if you don't have a credit card and have to pay cash and they didn't even know that I had paid with a card
