Went there for my daughters birthday and we had Joey for our server he was great! He treated us great kept coming and asking us if we needed anything or if we needed a specific meat to come our way or if everything was good or not and everything was great. Food was delcious and the end dessert was sbsolutely amazing ?

It would have been different if our server were busy with other tables then I could understand the poor service, but to be standing around just talking with other servers and at other times just standing at the opposite end of the restaurant doing nothing....

This has been my favorite restaurant for years. I always celebrate birthdays and special days with my family here. My daughter and son-in-law took me for my birthday yesterday and it was very disappointing. The meat was all overcooked, well done. The food at the buffet did not taste right.. the beans and potatoes tasted burnt. Three different meat servers accidentally flung meat onto my clothes, leaving several stains on my shirt and pants. Then to top it off, I was told they no longer give a complimentary dessert on your birthday. I was not compensated for my ruined shirt.

Service and food were great. Spicy and garlic filets were my favorite this time around. I had bought several vip cards this year and glad the fellow waiting on us mentioned the cards are no longer valid on Sundays. It doesn't effect me but be aware of the change from previous years of vip cards.

I had my first Brazilian steakhouse experience at Texas de Brazil in Westlake a couple of weekends ago and had a wonderful time.It is located in the Crocker Park area with plenty of walkable shopping and well lit parking nearby.I dined with 3 friends with different tastes and we were all satisfied with the food variety. The salad bar (which involved a lot more than salad) was plentiful and fresh with a large selection of salad options, with an addition of rice, beans, mushrooms in gravy, smoked salmon, and charcuterie selections. Gluten-free cheese bread was served at the table along with several side dishes (mashed potatoes, fries, and a type of sweet fried bananas). The table-side served meat selection had a good variety as well, which included multiple beef cuts (ribs, flank steak, top sirloin, filet mignon), bacon wrapped chicken and pork, and leg of lamb. While I only enjoyed several types of lemonade when I was there, they had a delicious sounding sangria and appeared to have a large wine selection as well. Our waitress Eve, was very attentive and helpful the entire evening. The manager stopped by our table to check-in and remained active in the dining room throughout the night, which was nice to see.The entire restaurant was clean despite the large amount of people that evening. Everywhere remained orderly and the bathroom was clean when I went in.Overall it was a great and unique experience that I recommend, particularly to meat lovers.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options. Wait staff and chef on hand for allergen concerns/questions.Parking: Two close parking garages as well as metered parking nearby. First 30 minutes free in garages.Kid-friendliness: The majority of the seating is tighter, so not ideal for infants with bulky car seat carriers. The large food variety should be pleasing to younger palates.

Both times I was at this restaurant, 3 months apart, I was diarrhea immediately the same night at both times. I got the sane order, buffet, but the pricing was inconsistent. The meat was not offered after a certain period of time, nobody brought food, nobody asked anything. What else can I add?

The food was overpriced. The service was awful. They didn't come around hardly at all with any of the meat as this is what they are supposed to do as their niche. When they did come around, it was the same over and over again and none of the variety that they offered. After complaining several times the service didn't. I've could've spent that money anywhere and gotten value greater than the experience that I had

The food and service was horrible. We had to wait quite a while before the meat came around. Some we didn't get to try because it didn't get around. And the service was really bad. Worst of all the guy spilled grease down my back. Like I had to ask for ice 3 or 4 times. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALLI would not recommend it.

First time coming to Texas de Brazil. All the food was delicious!! The entire staff was professional & polite. The "meat runners" were remarkable and I want to give a shout-out to our server Joey--made our first experience worth coming back for more. Repeat guests for sure!!

We had Justin for a server tonight & everything was phenomenal. He was very attentive & explained everything to us for our first name there. The cold bar had extensive choices, the meats were very good aswell. Some of the meats were well-done, and the warm buffet didn't peak our interest but overall we really had a great time and left very full. The deserts looked amazing but we did not have an ounce of room left to try them. We would specifically ask for Justin again! First time there, 5⭐️

The meat selections were good but could have been more dynamic. Many pieces were dry and overcooked. The service was very slow. The tables near the entrance are very loud and cold from the wind coming into the restaurant.

A great dining experience and service was great. I like the meats medium rare, so passed on any meats that looked well done. I did get all my favorite meats including leg of lamb that were medium rare. If dining at the Westlake TDB, ask if Justin is available. He will assure you have a great dining experience.
