The owner Tom is a very friendly guy that delivers quality food ever time. I highly recommend the BBQ corn pesto chicken pasta bowl! 5/5 from me and I'm a frequent customer because of his quality and kindness. Great business, and awesome location especially for the winter time next to the fireplace in Crocker.- Kris

Got back to my hotel to find zero utensils or napkins with my $30 meal for one. Pasta was almost like mashed potatos, nothing close to proper al dente. Got half way through chicken alfredo before finding the first piece of chicken. Flavors for the pasta are there, but a pasta only shop really should be able to produce properly cooked noodles.

We love the fresh pasta!!! The portions are large, and sauces very flavorful. It’s our favorite for a quick bite at Crocker.

Had the turkey truffle Bolognese and was thoroughly impressed with the taste and quality. Ordered extra sauce, which was wise. Can’t wait to try again!!

Well I have always past by it whenever I'm at Crocker Park. This time I decided to try it, I'm very particular when it comes down to pasta or any food for that matter. Service was great and answered every question I had, I peeked into the truck and it was spotless. So now the food???? Well all those times I past on it I'm now regretting it, boy oh boy was I surprised for real!!!! It was absolutely delicious so much so that the next day I went back and got more for dinner. In fact, the next day I ordered two bowls, why? Well cause I couldn't make up my mind and both of them was absolutely phenomenal. I am never going to pass this truck again. In fact, I'm having some again today if you are ever in Crocker Park and want a good pasta dish trust when I say, do not pass up this truck.

Horrible customer service and equally horrible owner.Honestly if I could I will give this place 0 star. Ordered two dishes and generously paid tips. When food came first they didn't give us forks. When we asked for forks they give us 2 forks for 4 ppl. I am not kidding about it. Neighbor pizza place gave us forks in free. Workers and owners both acted rude when we asked them extra forks. ? mac cheese was complete bland. Found non veg in our vegetarian pasta. Just imagine our ordeal. When asked to give us tip back they acted more rude and started laughing on us .We will never come back to eat here and will make sure to tell people never order from here because you don't want to go and ask forks from other restaurants and do not want to find non veg in veg order.

Delicious pasta & sauces! This is a must try on Cleveland's west side. The outdoor seating is great with warm weather and kids can play on the giant checkers board!

The pasta dishes are good. The service is horrible. Tried to order a lemonade with no ice and was told they can't do that and need to fill the cup at least half full of ice. I then asked for just a half cup of lemonade with no ice and was told they won't do that either. What's the difference?

Worst service I have had in a long time! We ordered and then asked for 2 cups of water. There were 4 of us. The girl informed me that they were going through a cup shortage and would be charging $1.50 for a cup of tap water which seemed crazy. I decided to order a Dr. Pepper. A large Dr. Pepper was $3, I paid. Then the guy working in the kitchen told the girl working the register that the Dr. Pepper was out. She said no and started to get it together. It ended up not working so she told me it was acting up and asked if I wanted something different. I looked up bit really into the options, but was going to say raspberry tea when she informs me that the tea is out too. At this point I say that I don't want the pop flavors. I tell the girl the only thing I would want is lemonade and asked if that was okay. She says sure and makes it and then says it will be $3 more. By this point I'm just annoyed. I had been waiting over 5 minutes for a fountain drink. She ends asking the guy in the kitchen and he tells her to just give it to me.Then we waited and waited and waited for our food. It took sooooo long. We could have gone to a day down dinner quicker.Food was okay.

While the Pasta Co-Op in Westlake, OH has some good points, I have to give it a 3-star rating overall. On the plus side, the menu is diverse and offers a variety of pasta dishes, which is always a plus. The service is also decent - the staff is generally friendly and attentive. However, the quality of the food itself left something to be desired. The pasta dishes I tried were just okay - nothing really stood out as particularly delicious or memorable. The sauces were a bit bland and lacked depth of flavor, and the pasta itself was cooked inconsistently. Some pieces were overcooked and mushy, while others were undercooked and chewy. In addition, the ambiance of the restaurant was a bit lackluster. It's a small space with basic decor, and it doesn't really create a welcoming or cozy atmosphere. It feels more like a cafeteria than a restaurant.Overall, while the Pasta Co-Op is decent enough for a quick meal, I don't think it's worth going out of your way for. There are other Italian restaurants in the area that offer better food and a more inviting atmosphere.

Pasta Co-op is the BEST cheese dishes ever!! My daughter and I have been going there for a few years and we always get the Shrimp Alfredo. It is incredible....can't wait to go again. This dish is filled with shrimp, mushrooms and the best Alfredo sauce. We will keep going....highly recommend!!Update: My daughter and I went yesterday and they have a Sweet Corn Alfredo with Truffle Oil, Mushroom and I added Shrimp. Amazing!!!!! I'll try new dishes everytime.

Food is solid, but they make you wait abnormally long amount of time for food that should pretty much be basically prepared already. I literally watched the dude do everything but make my food for 15 minutes.. I get maybe you're boiling new pasta but I saw him basically pour pasta in into like 40 bowls and start a whole new thing of pasta... And I didn't get it until I said hey about how much longer we got.. then all the sudden I got it in about two minutes after that
