Purchased a cake for this past weekend. The cake was beautiful and tasted better than it looked! AND the price was better than if I had ordered it from Giant Eagle!! Customer service was top notch from ordering to pick up. I would much much rather support a small business than a chain and in this case you get a far superior product for less money. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Extremely disappointed! I drove over a half hour to this place and the cupcakes were terrible. They weren't soft or moist. The frosting was hard and barely stayed on the cupcake. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but there was nothing good to say

The Cakes are Phenomenal however the customer service needs work. The guy answering the phone has no personality and isn’t the friendliest. I contacted Ashley on a few separate occasions to request a receipt of my recent cake order and received a generic receipt via text message which was removed by her via text message .
I called requesting a call back regarding my receipt request and no response. I spent $120 on a cake I thought my business meant something. Apparently not. I’ll go somewhere for my next cake order and will spread my horrible experience with everyone I know.

The best place for Cakes in Cleveland that I ever had. I did order my gender reveal (chocolate) cake and it was more than amazing. Perfect quality and reasonable price. All my guests did like it and some did ask me about the place name. Their chocolate cake is perfect sweet and dense like the brownies. Definitely all my future cakes will be from them. Also they did all what I asked about the decoration, highly recommend

Absolutely beautiful and *absolutely* delicious. I ordered a 10” cassata cake and a smash cake for my niece’s 1st birthday, the decorating matched perfectly with the photo I brought in for inspiration and the party guests couldn’t stop raving about the flavor and freshness of the cake. People were asking to take pieces home, so everything was gone by the end of the day!
