Way overpriced. I’d eat here more if they lowered the price. Cost is comparable to a sit in restaurant.

Thank you so much for your contribution to the Maple PTA conference dinner!!! The teachers throughly enjoyed their meal :) we appreciate you being so accommodating (Gen started the order and was very sweet, easy to work with! Lizzie picked up where she left off).We look forward to working together again in the future and more delicious meals from Zoup!

I give the food a 3/5, but the prices are outrageous now. I could go to any sit down restaurant and get better quality food for the same or cheaper. It's not a shocker that these are always empty - writings on the wall. Too little value for too much money.

I just had to write a review on the manager today let me just say she was awesome!! I was meeting them there for dinner cause we haven’t seen them since Christmas they arrived way early then I did like 1.5 hours and she was the only one working it was like 2:30-3 o’clock anyways my parents would not stop talking about this lady manager and how wonderful is she, she tried to download the app on my moms phone but they didn’t know their password ( they are not smartphone kind of ppl lol) she let them try every soup she had, as well! She sat and talk with them like she knew them… offered them something to drink while they waited for me! But the best part was she used her own phone app to give my parents $5 off our order! And while we sat there and ate our dinner she had other customers she took care of and let me say how friendly and out going she is, she definitely belongs in customer service…. She is truly amazing! She makes all her customers feel like they are her friends…. Very out going makes you laugh.. there needs to be more people like her. She even came to our table to say good bye (she was leaving for the day)she said to my parents thank you for stopping in and keeping her company that she enjoyed the conversation they had, looks forward to them coming back again & have a great weekend and gave us a $5 coupon for our next visit cause my mom couldn’t get the app ( which I will change her password to her email soon for her lol) so she can get the app! Thank you thank you for making my parents feel so welcome and for keeping them company while they waited for me! I will definitely be back with my wife and my parents already said they will be back! Oh and by they way my mom ended up getting the chocolate chip cookie the manager recommended for a snack cuz my mom already got a oatmeal raisin one to snack on waiting for me to get there lol! Sorry this is a very long review but I just had to say something because you just don’t get service like this anymore! Keep up the amazing work and thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my parents feel welcomed and not a burden for bothering you like some workers would have! Have a wonderful weekend!

This place is hands down better than Panera bread.

Are hairnets and/or pulled back hair not required? The employee who scooped my soup had long hair dangling over my food. Disgusting.

Before the quarantine, Zoup! was a favorite go-to for a quick meal It reopened so we sent back this evening, and my oh my has it gone down hill. My favorite salad it 1/2 the size, and the sandwiches shrunk aw well. My husband aske to make sure the dressing and bread was in the take out order and was reassured everything was there. There was no dressing, bread or crackers. How can they possible compete with Panera or other similar shops? we will not go back and the experience was very disappointing.

There is a reason so many of these locations are closing. Spent $13.00 for this salad. What a joke! Even Panera gives bigger portions. Save your money!

Disappointing. Clam chowder was too salty. Chicken pot pie soup was bland. Forgot cookie as part of order and included incorrect salad dressing.

French onion soup was super thick almost no broth. I was given 3 small salad croutons, no cheese, and a crust of bread that looked like it was torn by hand. The rock hard crust of bread was then lovingly thrown into the bottom of a dirty lord knows where it’s been bag with no wrapping paper, napkin, box…etc. just free floating rubbing elbows with the can of soda, soup cup, and 3 croutons. No spoon or napkins provided so I sipped my French onion thickness with two hands. The sandwich was marginally better. It was wrapped, warm, and inviting the taste was ok. Not worth almost $20.
