Hopefully this is not a regular occurance and your employees aren't doing this to every customer daily... just went through the drive through, was told my total, paid, left. Upon returning home I was surprised to see that my receipt was higher than originally was told to me, both at the order station and the drive through window. There are 2 "charity" charges added to my order without my permission. I did not authorize that charge... I wasn't even asked... The really frustrating part is that is if I WAS asked I likely would have been amenable and said "Sure, I'll donate a dollar to charity." You don't get to just randomly add extra items to my order without my permission. This is theft, I am sorry. I would really like this refunded because it's not ok to steal. This wasn't charged to my card once, but TWICE. I would like a refund, not because I hate charity, but because it's the principle of being a good business and not stealing from customers hoping they don't check their receipts. Shame on you.

The food was cold. The roast beef was soft almost like chewing on fat. I used to work at an Arby's, the food was never like that. Cold fries, cold chicken nuggets, and cold soft roast beef... The entire experient made me not go back to this location again. Don't feel bad though... Every fast food location in this particular town is bad.

This is easily the worst fast food joint in all of scioto county, that’s saying something right next to the Taco Bell. This restaurant continuously gives you bad food and never cares about anyone’s problems but there own bad attitudes.
Some of the friendliest staff. Really try their best. Fries are hot and roast beef was delicious.
