Hopefully this is not a regular occurance and your employees aren't doing this to every customer daily... just went through the drive through, was told my total, paid, left. Upon returning home I was surprised to see that my receipt was higher than originally was told to me, both at the order station and the drive through window. There are 2 "charity" charges added to my order without my permission. I did not authorize that charge... I wasn't even asked... The really frustrating...read full review

The food was cold. The roast beef was soft almost like chewing on fat. I used to work at an Arby's, the food was never like that. Cold fries, cold chicken nuggets, and cold soft roast beef... The entire experient made me not go back to this location again. Don't feel bad though... Every fast food location in this particular town is bad.

Half of my 6-piece chicken nuggets were basically fried grisle and inedible. My salad had brown lettuce and cheese which I had ordered without. Food quality was very poor for $10. Also, the woman handing me my food bags had just handled the mop bucket. Nasty. Had a mask on her face, but has no concept of cleanliness. Arby's is one of my favorite restaurants, but I won't go back to this location.
