I collect Starbucks Tumblers and also I'll call my cousin and see if she wants any. The worker came from behind the counter to look at the ornament/Keychain after I looked at them. Then asked me if I decided not to get it. I told her that I already had it, I was just looking because I was shocked at the amount they had. When I tried to use my reusable cup, she said they only do that in January. Not true at all. She thought I was stealing and she treated me poorly. Horrible experience...read full review
I'm at the wheelersburg Starbucks daily sometimes 3x a day. ( I love pink drinks) I've been trying food, and have yet to be disappointed. The staff are wonderful these girls have become more like friends I see during the week.Items are always fresh, and I will choose this location over any other around me.Thank you for ALWAYS having such wonderful customer care.

Never. Never have i been able to consitantly get a coffee the way i order it. Today I ordered a tall and was told its actually a small. Not to mention my coffee is not what i ordered.
