“Have had your food several times and is always very good. Yesterday, at the year end event at Coshocton High School I got my usual of Birria Tacos. Purely, OUTSTANDING. Whatever you’re doing to keep them from getting super soggy (which isn’t something I enjoy) is perfect. Please don’t change it. Also: yesterday they were served with green salsa (which I believe was tomatillo and jalapeño.). I’m begging you to do this again…. It was exceptional and balanced the richness of the tacos perfectly. I was sad when it was gone.“
