My husband & I have always make a point of stopping at this Arby's when we pass through the Willard area because
of their friendly service, great food and clean restrooms. I was passing through Willard on my deceased mother's birthday and I remembered how my mother loved Arby's Chocolate milkshakes so I decided to stop and have one in her memory. When I told the cashier she said it was on her and would not charge me. She & Arby's blessed me beyond words on a difficult day!...read full review
I stopped in after work to grab some food. Angie Holthouse took the time to show me how extensive,she and her team go to clean and keep the restaurant looking clean and fresh. They go as far as changing air filters regularly, to cleaning the pop and ice machines daily and even wiping down the table legs and chairs. It's great knowing they take that much pride in their work for their customers.
