The boneless wings, pizza, and subs have consistently been bad. We have given up on Brunos and have been getting our lunch elsewhere.

We drove about 30 minutes to try there pizza. Pepperoni. Bacon and banana peppers and let me tell you. IT WAS SO GOOD DEFINITELY WORTH THE DRIVE

38 dollars for a medium pizza and pepper cheese balls! Pizza was undercooked again and took 1 1/2 hours to be delivered, never ordering again!

We have ordered here before and never had the experience like we did this time. We ordered a Gyro and the meat was super tough and to many onions over powered the flavor of anything else on the gyro. We also ordered a chicken Alfredo and the noodles were over cooked and stuck to the bottom of the pan and they forgot the chicken too. Everything else we ordered was ok.

I wish I could give negative stars. First I am talking about Willard OH Bruno’s. They change their menu all the time but I got the veal sandwich which I always do when I order from there. It had no sauce just mayo and the lady argued with me saying it always came with lettuce tomato and mayo which it never did before when I ordered it and it always came with a type of tomato/marinara type of sauce on top. We also ordered chicken Alfredo and it looked like they had overcooked the noodles and just threw chicken and sauce over the top. They admitted to putting tomato and lettuce and mayo on the mushroom Swiss even though it didn’t have lettuce or tomato on it to begin with. But they (the woman I talked to) refused to fix anything and argued with me the whole time and said “I’m not gonna sit here and argue with you so I said bye and hung up! Rude customer service and awful food. Not worth it. Go somewhere else!

Ordered chicken Alfredo and funnel fries.
Both were alright. Alfredo has good taste, the noodles are weird, like they're thicker than other noodles, I don't know they had a unusual texture to them.
The funnel fries were good but chewy as they were slightly over cooked.
Not being mean but it was not worth 21. dollars and some change.
Orderd XL pizza with only half getting pepperoni and mushroom. $15 for the XL and $2 per topping. If I only got half with toppings I figured I would get the amount of toppings I'm paying for. Or only be charged $1 per item. No, full price and skimpy on the pepperoni and mushroom

ordered 2 sheet pizzas for delivery to work order on the way to work to be delivered for work crew at lunch pizza arrived 15 minutes late( half into our lunch) and not only was it not cut thru all the way it seemed like they layered 2 dough batches onto of one another I will never order from here again

First, I ordered off the app, and it said my food was ready. It wasn't ready when I got there. I ordered wings that came to a total of 23 dollars. When I got home, they were completely raw, both orders. When I contacted the app. They stated I was only offered 2 dollars back.
