The Willard Dunkin HAD been the best when it came to drink orders out of all the others I have been too. But, lately, it has not been great. Out of 4 drink orders only one has been correct. I don't know if they are training a new employee or what. All the employees I have had wait on me are great though. Very friendly, always greeted with a smile. I think I'll be holding off on anymore visits for a while due to orders being incorrect.

The people were nice but I got the bagel bites and I don’t think they were even cooked…no crunch just really soft bread. Couldn’t eat it without feeling sick. The coffee was good though. Just don’t waste your money on the bagel bites
I went to order a drink yesterday and use my stars for a free drink. The lady that was a cashier told me she was sorry she didn't know how to use my points for a free drink. She then proceeded to tell me she doesn't have the app that's why she doesn't know how. I'm sure I'm not the only person that user app at Dunkin donuts to redeem their points for drinks 😵💫 0/10 would not go back to Willard dunkin's and will be telling others the same.

This place is a straight joke. Every time I come here my order either takes over 20 min when I am the ONLY car in the drive through, or when I order it's wrong. I ordered two drinks, a sandwich and some bagel bites. Didn't even get my sandwich, didn't notice until I got home. There was a wrap inside instead, it wasn't bad but man I just want what I ordered, is that too much to ask?
