Price have gone through the roof for your fast food. Quality hasn’t improved. Also now that I’m paying so much more every time I go even if I use the app to order ahead for pickup I have to park and wait for 20-30 minutes and sometimes longer. Absolutely ridiculous and I hate coming to any of your stores. Since when is the method to take an order then park a car instead of just servicing the orders as they come in.
They don’t pay attention to the order received. Thankfully it’s not a matter of food allergies. Everything about our order was wrong. Wrong drink, wrong sandwich. I take that back we did get the right sized fry.. 😐

McDonald's can be hit or miss - sometimes orders are wrong, missing items, or take a long time to prepare. Waiting times can be frustrating, with slow service both in the drive-thru and inside the restaurant. However, this is one of the more efficient McDonald's in the area. The Big Mac meal is hot with fresh fries and a good tasting Coke drink. The drive thru line moves at a good pace and the customer service is very friendly. Touch screen manual ordering is an addition they use at this location.
