I've been here a few times on lunch break. Usually it takes quite a while to get my meal and 90% of the time I'm asked to pull around and wait until my meal is ready. Today I ordered a double quarter pounder meal, and after a few bites it tasted like soap or perfume. Went back and received a refund. The staff was respectful about it and didn't give me any trouble, but my food should not have tasted like soap to begin with. Spent my whole lunch break making multiple trips to McDonald's and ended up not even getting to eat my whole meal. Overall, pretty disappointed so far with this location. Either long wait times for food, or the meal tastes like soap. I have yet to have a good experience here.

Here we go. I’m rating this based on the fast food industry standards. Overall, I must say, this is one of the more efficient McDonald’s in the area. The Big Mac meal I received was hot with fresh fries and a good tasting Coke drink. The drive thru line moves at a good pace and the customer service is very friendly. Touch screen manual ordering is an addition they use at this location. Overall a great experience!

Price have gone through the roof for your fast food. Quality hasn’t improved. Also now that I’m paying so much more every time I go even if I use the app to order ahead for pickup I have to park and wait for 20-30 minutes and sometimes longer. Absolutely ridiculous and I hate coming to any of your stores. Since when is the method to take an order then park a car instead of just servicing the orders as they come in.

Absolute garbage customer service. Manager had new people alone without any help when they were busy. Do better. Almost every order was parked and incorrect. Mine included. Manager was a pushover who can't train her staff.
I do not understand why they have two windows on one side of the building you pull up to the first window you pay for your food you pull up to the second window they open the window tell you to pull around the building where the handicap spots used to be and then some worker brings your food out it does not make sense to me they need to change it back around and put the handicap spots back in front of the door where they used to be and get some workers that can make food to keep the line from getting so backed up not send them around the building to wait for their food where your time stay Green
Parking: They moved the handicap spots across the parking lot words that you can have the cars come around to wait for food for a handicap people we enjoyed the door being right in front of the handicap spots it made it easier to go in it wasn't as far as a walk and you didn't have to walk around cars waiting on food I think McDonald's needs to rethink their f****** game Henry do the parking lot again the right way
