Took FOREVER just for ice cream. They took at least 5 minutes before they told me the flavor I wanted was out and then took at LEAST another 5 to get it ready. Portion sizes are good and icecream was exceptional tho.

Not a fan anymore. Not the same with new ownership. Will just drive to Paul’s for ice cream. Have gone there 2 times now and both times had to settle on a third option because they didn’t have what I wanted. If you no longer carry items, then update the menu.

Manager couldn’t be bothered with our questions. And when it’s about food allergies one would think they would be trained to take the time and help a customer rather than shrug shoulders and say no clue

Their employees need to learn their products my mother in law has a severe food allergy and when we were asking questions the manager could not answer them and didn't even bother to go look to see if the food was seasoned or not. Do not recommend. we were trying to eat at a new place for lunch.
I wanted a small hot fudge sundae with brownie toppings whipped cream and nuts . I received a small cup stuffed with brownies pieces topped with cream and nuts with no ice cream? Not worth it at all wasted my money.
