I bought $38 worth of food. All of it was Old. I got the new two of the new loaded nacho fries and it had so much Frank’s red hot sauce in the bottom there’s probably a half inch in the bottom of the pan. It was disgusting.

Tried going inside to sit down and enjoy a meal. Zero service in front they instantly want you to use the kiosk which froze completely on me than I went to a different one which also kept freezing up and double adding food. So after 5 mins of trying to order I went to the counter and stood another 5 minutes before leaving and going through the drive through. When I got my food my water bottle was half frozen and my taco was upside inside open spilled in the bag. Other than being hot it was the worst taco bell.

The service here was terrible. The staff acted like I was inconveniencing them because I asked for a drink carrier with my online order. Not to mention I stood there for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged my existence. The gentleman that came in after me had much of the same experience. Do better or if you don't like your job find another one.

I came here today 6/15/25 at like 10:10 I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme without sour cream and tomatoes and an BEAN CHEESE BURRITO Instead I got a Crunchwrap WITH ALOT OF SOUR CREAM AND TOMATOES and a BEAN burrito . And for those of u asking why didn’t u just go back and tell them … I had already gotten home fyi. Anyways it’s really not hard to do ur job it literally says on the receipt no sour cream or tomatoes

They rarely unlock their door, so if you have a large work truck that doesn't fit in drive throughs, good luck getting food in the event you actually get food its most likely gonna have hard rice or just plain suck
