I ordered on line. I got the $7 luxe box. I opened up my burrito & my taco & it looked like someone took a bite out of both. Fed it to my dog. Tried to call but no one answered. What the heck?

Lights were off upon entering the building @ 11:06. Beans on burrito & nachos were powder. The females working were more interested in playing on their phones & graphically discussing their bedroom life. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.
Willard Taco Bell is a steaming heap of garbage and higher priced than most other area locations. Go to Ontario Taco Bell instead they are in a different class entirely and cheaper.

All around one of the worst taco bells I've been to across 6 states. 90% of the time the order is just wrong, they don't actually read their screens is the only way I could think would be the cause. Otherwise, it's complete incompetence. When they make a mistake and you do actually feel like going back to get it corrected they act like they couldn't possibly make a mistake, and take 5 minutes to verify the order was placed correctly. Yes, Karen, it was placed correctly on the app. Quality is also an issue here, but I'd say probably about 50% of the time. Shouldn't be getting old soggy food during peak lunch hours. Service isn't usually unfriendly, but they are definitely not warm and inviting. Sometimes breakfast isn't available during the hours advertised because the employees are breaking down early. This store definitely needs some new non burnt out faces.
Dissatisfied with the food. No beef in a "beefy" 5 layer and no beef in a " beef " Supreme! For $10 I should have just went home
