We are not from this area decided to come here with a few friends. The bartenders served us 2-3 drinks then security checked our ID’s which we are all over 21. Security white shirt blue hat started questioning my friends ID who had her drivers license and passport. The security guard ended up assaulting my boyfriend and two of my friends. Ended up having to call the police and I guess this is the normal for them… would not recommend coming here you will get assaulted by security. Bartenders were great and amazing!!
Update: Called management the next day. He called me back later that evening. He had no clue of what happened and told me he was going to look at the tapes after dinner service. He seemed very concerned and understanding. I have not heard back since. Texted him twice keeps leaving me on read. It’s been almost two weeks and my boyfriend still has a bruised side.

Watched the security check a group of people’s IDs after they had been there for a while and already was served and IDed by the bartender. Security started saying it was fake even when the one person showed her id and her passport. He also assaulted some of the group and pushed one of them out the door and to the ground for no reason. Wouldn’t recommend this place because of the way they treated these people. The bartenders were amazing though.

Bouncer just wanted to fight and was problematic. Bartenders were wonderful and apologized. Security tossed people out that were clearly over 21 and pushed people and hit women. What a sick situation. Wouldn’t recommend.

This place is crazy. Here for 3 hours was accosted by security and was thrown out by security I guess and called the cops and this is apparently a normal thing at this location.

The bartender Anna was a very mean girl. Wouldn’t give me my $50 bill back after ordering 2 highnoons. Was also being very avoidant towards me and my friends for no reason. I hope she is fired.

Stay away, came here tonight and asked for a shot of well whisky. Gave her a 20 and she returned with ten dollars. I asked her and she replied that she gave a me a double, which she didn’t nor did I ask for. I’ll make sure I let everyone know to stay away from there. I haven’t seen this scam in awhile. Charge for a double, serve a single, pocket the rest.

While the staff is polite and friendly, the overall experience leaves much to be desired. The atmosphere feels uninspired, and the music selection is both limited and lackluster, with large portions of the playlist seemingly blocked.
More concerning, however, is the subtle but undeniable sense that not everyone is equally welcome here. As a minority, it’s hard to shake the feeling of being out of place, and that’s something no amount of friendly service can fully compensate for.
Bars should be places where everyone feels comfortable, where good music sets the tone, and where the vibe makes you want to stay for another round. Unfortunately, this establishment misses the mark on all three. There’s potential here, but it’s buried under tone-deaf choices—both literally and figuratively.

the patio was a blast from 7 pm to 11 pm on Fridays and Saturdays when DJ Mikey spins. Too bad he's only allowed till 11 former DJ of Ballentines now there is a house tech mix DJ..yuck..I and all my friends agree today's hits and popular dance tunes are where it's at. but form your own opinion and go see for yourself. Parking is available on streets and in a paid lot across the street from the front doors. There is a free lot to the east as you go down the hill and to the old city hall. Happy bar hopping ?

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Denied service to a person with a service dog who had their service dog vest on with her ID for service registration. Dog alerts for seizures and they would not let her in. Bouncer claimed he was the highest authority and he said he wasn’t letting her in. Said he could deny service to anyone he wants to, which is true when it’s not based on discrimination of a disability. Denying service because of a disability is illegal and if it were me and my dog I would get a lawyer?♀️
