Absolutely disappointed and dissatisfied every time I go. Half of the employees act beyond miserable and ruin the entire atmosphere. More than often, myself and friends all receive unfilled drinks and/or incorrect drinks. It is completely unreliable to come here anymore and I can’t believe I have been wasting my money here, because no other 7 brew location has served us this way. Just so miserable and disappointing.

If you go there maybe 30 minutes to an hour before they close and they tell you that the blenders are down, do not believe them. I went there two times before they closed and they said the blenders were down so I left it be, I went there again because maybe The machines weren’t working, and I told the woman what I wanted and right when I was scanning my card an employee from inside Came out and pushed her coworker aside to cancel my order while saying blenders are down! The employee that was taking my order, apologized for that and made me scan my card again, and the blenders were in fact, not down.

My husband and I stopped by Seven Brew for the first time to give it a try. While ordering, I mentioned that I’m usually a Starbucks girlie, but I was excited to try something new. The ordering process itself was smooth and the person taking the order was pleasant.
Unfortunately, when we received our drinks, the customer service from the girl handing out the coffee felt a bit lacking. There was no greeting or “thank you” or “have a nice day,” which made the experience feel a little impersonal.
As for the drinks, they were okay but much more milky than coffee-forward, which wasn’t really my preference. Overall, it just didn’t quite hit the mark for me.
I’m glad we gave it a try, but personally I’ll probably stick with Starbucks.
