I love cafes that have personality, the place was so nice, the chai latte is yummy, and the people working there were so nice! Went there with friends so I had a better time.

Very sweet staff and vegan baked goods!
What a disappointment! This is the second time I've given this shop a chance. First during the Fall, I got a pumpkin latte. Watered down and tasteless! Today a mocha. Again, watered down and tasteless. Never again.

My friend and I go here once a week and every time we go the service is wonderful. The food is great. It’s a very welcoming atmosphere. They even have a little back room that’s free to use for a more quieter work environment.

The coffeehouse that the rest try to be. Arabica has been selling coffee since I was a teenager, and that was a long time ago. Skip the bougie wannabes and get great beans, atmosphere, and service from the legends themselves. Local favorite that is still here for a reason.

A staple of Downtown Willoughby that I have regularly gone to for many years. Coffee, food and pastries are always good. This place is great for a first date, study session, or to read a book. Choose this place to go to instead of Starbucks.

Great food! Great vibe!
Peaceful and cozy vibes with awesome drinks and food. The staff is always friendly and helpful with their top notch recommendations, and the food/drinks are always fresh and tasty! They also have great options for people with dietary restrictions, ex: dairy free, gluten free, and vegan.
Update: Their spring seasonals currently feature the viral Dubai Chocolate. 💚🤎

Been a long time since we were here at the Arabica in Willoughby. The coffee was excellent, the service was great, and it was a nice place to relax. Will definitely come back again!

I'm truly grateful that places like this still exist in good ole' Downtown Willoughby. Everyone in my family enjoys this darling place. My brother usually picks up a matcha drink for me, food for my little ones, and plenty of red eye coffees for himself, our Dad and my father in law. The pastries and desserts are an added bonus and on the few occasions that I've gone inside I felt the ambiance and staff have always been a perk. This is my go to place every chance I get! Thank you for hiring kind people over the years because it makes an enormous difference and such a remarkable experience.

This is a cute little coffee shop and if you’re on main street in Willoughby you should stop by and grab a coffee, hot chocolate, or pastry, the food and drinks were affordable and good! The grilled cheese was delicious, I also ordered the baked potato. The baked potato definitely tasted a little like it was microwaved instead of baked but it was still decent. All the drinks we ordered were excellent and recommend this to anyone!
The vibe for Christmas was also so cute and cozy they did a great job decorating! They also have board games if you want to chill and play with friends!

We stopped at this coffee shop out of town on our way to a little weekend adventure. I didn't see what I wanted anywhere on the menu while I waited in line, so I asked if they had a lavender-honey latte.
I waited for it to be done and a guy came up to me and asked if I had ordered a "honey bee" I said I didn't. He proceeded to walk about 3 feet from me and yell out to the shop that a honey lavender latte was ready...umm, what?
I walked over to him, obviously, and told him that was mine and he laughed at me and kind of rolled his eyes as he handed it over. I found it pretty rude to ask me if I had ordered some "honey bee" and then go over and yell out what I'd ordered.
He was behind the counter when I ordered the honey lavender latte, didn't bother verifying that name with me while standing there in front of me before walking away and yelling it out. It seemed like he was making a joke of me.
The latte was one of the better lavender-honey lattes I've had and their food looked delicious.

Do you want a great cup of Java? Come to the Willoughby Arabica. With great breakfast options, there is no better coffee in town. If there are any left, try a coffee cake muffin with your coffee.
