We had a great experience at the Arby’s in Willoughby! The assistant manager, Tom, has a wonderful personality and runs things very efficiently and in an organized way. His team was also kind, fast, and attentive. Highly recommend this location!”

Reuben sandwich was less than mediocre. About 1/4 of the bread had no meat, cheese, Sauerkraut, or dressing. Two or three good curly fries with stale ones at the bottom of the carton. The cashier/drive-up window person was nice, though. Won't be back.

Good customer service. I gave 3 stars on food because the portions are skimpy compared to what they used to be. Better off going to a deli for the price point. Worth the convenience.
