Came here last month and everything was great. Looks like the are permanently closed for business now.
Came by on Wednesday at 2:30 and no sign of life and a lock box on the front door.

wonderful place with a very AWSOME STAFF!!!!! very accommodating and helped give my wife a beautiful birthday. I will eat here anytime because they have a large menu with a variety of foods and treats. The kraken room, the bar upstairs, makes some of the best drinks in the city with a group of host that where nothing but amazing.I know I'm late considering her party was the 25th of May but, I needed to leave a review and say thank you all for the kindness and hospitality you all showed my family and friends. Can't wait to come back 😁

We ordered tacos and nachos. Everything was delicious. They just forgot part of the order that we paid for. It was my fault for not checking to make sure it was all there. By the time I realized it when we got home, it wasn't worth going back because we live too far away. This is an excellent place for sit down or take out. Just don't make my mistake and make sure you get all your food. It would have been an easy 5 stars if we had our full order.

The salad I ordered had extremely wilted lettuce and fruit flies flying around. Men doing some type of work so there was very loud drilling or hammering or something during the lunch hour. Then I am told they cant take my gift card that I got for Christmas because they changed systems sometime during their 2 months of being closed. They are lucky I am offering to pay for that spoiled salad and honestly I just wanted to get rid of the gift card. This place went from not bad to horrible. I will never return. I truly cannot believe they would serve food with fruit flies. And they are ridiculously expensive.

Placed an online order. Go to pick it up and I’m told they are not accepting online orders. The order is already paid for! Ugh! Another poorly ran

Love this place! Pulpo Beer Company has new drinks including amazing espresso martinis and many unique drinks! Such a fun vibe. Bartender Juan made the experience even better! Great service and very personable! My guy!

This place has incredible food and beer. Come hungry because the portions are massive!! The outdoor rooftop is really cool. The only downside is this place is like 3 businesses in 1 and sometimes you can sense disorganization and cohesiveness is not there (sometimes they don’t know when the patio is to open for the season or they have some sort of drama in the kitchen) Though the food and upstairs rooftop atmosphere is incredible so you will regret not going here.

We waited 40 minutes for our order and the food had no seasoning and the guacamole was very bitter and had an unpleasant taste.

We waited 45 minutes for 3 arepas, it's ridiculous, the waitress didn't come to ask if we needed anything, it's very, very overrated and expensive.

Great atmosphere, good music, big portions so you will be taking food home if you are not that hungry, avocado and azteca sauces a MUST TRY, ample selections of Latin flavors, BEER WOW so yummy, ask for the story behind the brewery it is pretty awesome, can’t wait to visit during their patio season, my server Myra so knowledgeable and kind. Check them out!

Let me start with explaining that Barroco no longer exists at this location and it is Pulpo beer now, Hola tacos as you know it barely exists. We have been going here at this time every year since they opened, each time was a Great experience till now. A reservation was made with the bartender who advised the menus were now combined and no more arepas but the upstairs was still open. Upon arrival we were told the upstairs is no longer open and the reservation wasn't even listed. Everyone tried to be helpful to sort out the confusion but it nearly ended in us not getting a table at all until we requested to speak to the manager who did end up seating us as well as providing a free app for the error. We were given a server who had a section clearly on the other side of the restaurant so when she finally showed up to the table she tried to rush us along stating she didn't want to forget about us, it's your job to remember. Water was barely ever refilled and because we were not ready to order when she was it took quite a while for her to return while we watched her hang out with the kitchen staff. Food was no where close to what it has been in the past, tostones are no longer homemade and quality has declined overall. We will be trying the Lakewood, to find out if this is unique to Willoughby as it appears appears be just this location. The Check also took forever, I had to find her again at the kitchen dancing in order to even pay. Management was kind but still taken a back that we even had an issue. If you are looking for Barroco or even Hola tacos this isn't it anymore! Best of luck to Pulpo Beer!
