Karen who works in the bakery deserves a raise. I came in at closing and she went above and beyond to help me fulfill my order with no hesitation, no attitude just a pleasant smile and friendly demeanor.
I found my Clorox bleach with the help of a friendly associate named Sandy S. She was very busy doing her work on the sales floor, but she stopped to walk me over to the specific aisle, walked up to the bleach, and was very kind about returning to the work she had to do.
Sandy made my visit to my BJ's easier and faster!
The fruits and vegetables are rotten and moldy most of the time. No one seems to maintain that area and check on their produce. Careful when you buy those there.
I think it is highly disappointing that this location charges more for items compared to the Warrensville Heights and Middleburg Heights locations.
They said the rotisserie would be done in 15-20 minutes and I’ve been waiting for 40 minutes . When they finally packaged some chicken, the one they tried to sell me was burnt. And I recognized the burnt chicken from 11:30 when I first got here. They must think I’m slow or really young
Some of the people who work at the BJs gas station in Willoughby won’t say anything when you walk up to the window. I couldn’t hear or see anyone so I was standing there for awhile but the guy was in there the whole time. Even when I talked to him he wouldn’t say anything back or respond. It seems like they can hear me and if they were to say something I would hear them too
This is an odd post but I have to share - the ladies bathroom always smells fresh and is always clean. I'm always amazed and I do appreciate it!!!
BAD SPOILED MEAT, Beyond Mad , we go to bjs frequently, this last trip was the worst, I purchased 200.00 in food, including meat, The pack of Chicken thighs were not only Spoiled but recked and had to have those removed upon scanning them we noticed a fowl smell and it was the chicken I also purchased a rack of lamb chops , Only to open them and for them to be SPOILED and smell enough to make my gag and want to throw up! Not only to mention Multiple Employees coming to where we were checking out kept asking if we’re ok! As we called someone over to take the Chicken off the girl obviously had an attitude, as I watched her the other employees were giggling about the situation, we were not asked nor offered a replacement, nor did I want another one only for that one to be Spoiled, As for the Lamb Chops those were put in the freezer for a later time now to find out they ALSO are SPOILED! Good Quality Control!
Arrr, BJ’s Wholesale Club be a true treasure trove for any pirate lookin’ to stock up on supplies for a long voyage! The aisles be vast as the open sea, filled with bulk-sized bounty—meats, cheeses, and snacks aplenty, enough to keep a whole crew fed for weeks. The prices be fair, the deals be plentiful, and the selection be grand, from fresh produce to plunder-worthy electronics. The crew be friendly and swift, helpin’ ye haul yer loot with ease. Whether ye be fillin’ yer galley or huntin’ for hidden gems, BJ’s be a port worth anchorin’ at. Five parrots out of five! 🦜🦜🦜🦜🦜
I wish to compliment Darlene at the Willoughby BJ's Club. As a member newer to the store, a few weeks ago she was very helpful at the checkout when I had questions about the register process — and a few general ones about the store. Thanks, Darlene!
AT&T salesmen there at BJs lied to me about everything. They promised a $350 gift card, a free phone, and a $55 monthly bill.
I’m just 2 weeks, I got a bill for $123.00.
When I called about it I found out they lied and AT&T will not cancel what turned out to be a 34 month contract. Not only did I lose my phone # but now I had to hire an attorney. It’s bad for business to have your customers subjected to this.

This location has the WORST customer service. I would recommend you shop anywhere else.
Great prices and easy to park. The problem is BJ's doesn't always have the coupons items in stock.
Terrible prices, tossed card in garbage, they will never be able to compete with Costco and their prices are high.
I purchased red seedless grapes and they were loaded with lady bugs!!! I wish I would have taken a picture before most of them went down the drain.
It's a wholesale club where you can purchase items in a greater quantity that results in a lower price than traditional quantities. If you're looking to put forward a little bit more money for a longer term savings than I would recommend shopping at this wholesale club. A wide variety from food , household items, clothing, electronics, office supplies, child care items, and personal hygiene items.
