BJ's phone service and customer service is TERRIBLE - beware. If you have any issues and need to reach out, you will encounter an non-human answering service that will immediately tell you how unbearable the wait time is to talk to someone and offer to help you but asking what you need assistance with. Describe your issue in one to two words only to be sent in the wrong direction. After your call has been forwarded and you attempt to schedule a call back for the next business day this state-of-the-art piece of technology will say, \"I'm sorry, please try your call back again tomorrow\" and hang up on you. I've spent a total of 3 hours throughout the course of the day only to be hung up on 6 or 7 times. Not like it's a big deal or anything, I think I was mistakenly double charged $1500. Cool.
