I have had bad visits from time to time but more times than not I'm very pleased with everything and everyone. I have been for breakfast and dinner and overall I liked everything.

I really didn't want to put a mean review, but we waited over a hour to have our order taken, and when our food came part of my meal was cold, my eggs were burned/rubbery and my homefries and my mom's hash browns tasted like old oil. The place was not packed, at least not when we came in or when we left, but I'm just a little sad since I really liked this Bob Evans

American comfort food restaurant with lots of breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices for the whole family. One of the best turkey sandwiches I’ve had. Real sliced turkey, not lunch meat, on whole grain bread with all the trimmings. Service is always good, and the restaurant is clean and well maintained. Diner-style meals in a comfortable setting.

We were served with rudeness and with sides like broccoli for example it had only two pieces. I Was over all concerned with how they do things ..my sisters partner found hair in the food and they made up for it but our waiter was rude and our food was terrible and on top of that with the prices of everything I just feel like we were really all very disappointed and we went in with high hopes with being on the road we were hungry.. won’t be going back .

Extremely disappointed, ordered three dinner meals spent a ton of money. All of the meat was inedible. The chicken tenders were rubbery undercooked and I could not bite through them. Tried to eat the pot roast. It was a worse consistency than canned dog food. My dogs wouldn’t even eat it. I thought the chicken noodle soup would be the savior and it was just as bad full of oil and tasteless too much pepper was the only thing I could taste. The portions were also a joke for the money spent. I highly recommend going across the street to Cracker Barrel.

I I ordered the honey chicken with broccoli, macaroni, and cheese. Did not receive the broccoli or the mac & cheese. And what looks like a piece of chicken you be the judge.. this is the second time that the service was very poor. I thought I’d give them another chance and they failed.. Bob is rolling over in his grave.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! We typically visit this location every few months and todays visit was just horrible. We were seated and given Menu's to review and decide what we wanted to order. The waitress came by to take our order and during my wife explaining what she wanted the waitress said that she is very tired and asked for my wife to talk slowly on what she wanted. She gave her specific instructions on what she wanted and before my wife could complete here order the waitress literally ripped the menu out of her hand. Totally rude and this is the customer service we get today. Not only was the waitress rude during the entire order process they brought out her plain chicken sandwich undercooked and "gummy". It was so bad that a knife could not even cut thru it. Very disappointed from the time we ordered to the actual food being delivered. Hoping someone reads this feedback and decides on a neighboring restaurant as this location is just HORRIBLE...
Wheelchair accessibility: Just visit another location and not the WILLOUGHBY location. Place sucks and you deserve something good for your hard earned money.

Took my mom here for her favorite breakfast. Service was spot on . I got the breakfast bowl and it was terrific and so much food that I took home and had a 2nd breakfast today. Mom got the loaded pancakes and loved them. Food was hot and perfect. Coffee was refilled without asking. Mom says the orange juice was delicious. Well be back
