Waited 15 minutes in line to be told "We are out of salmon" by a surly guy who couldn't care less or bother apologizing. Post a sign or at least pretend to care your customer is disappointed. Heading to Einstein's instead.

Bagel was great but service was stale. Not a greeting or smile in sight by either of the female workers. Not one have a great day or thank you. What happened to customer service.

The service is excellent here. There was a tall black guy ...don't know his name, working, getting orders prepared. He was very friendly and customer oriented. It was busy but he was on top of the orders and moved quickly.My order and my group of friends orders were all correct. He thanked us for coming there and insisted if we needed anything to let him know.This is how service and attitude should be but unfortunately in these days that's hardly the case. But when you do come across service individuals who are customer focused its very positive & refreshing.Needless to say I will be coming back to this location.

I love their bagels. The cinnamon sugar ones didn't taste too good the second day. I would only get one if you are planning on eating it the same day. The Herby Turkey was really good. I would'nt know if their bagels are any good because they REFUSE to answer their phone (called them 3 days in a row at all deferent hours, no answer). I guess I'll have to shop at "PANERA BREAD" (at least they pick up and talk to there costumers!!) what a shame, I was told "BRUEGGER'S BAGELS" are actually better!!

If you have shelled eggs then you do have egg whites.I was told no when I asked for egg whites on my sandwich but yet I saw a carton of eggs on the counter and my friend got regular eggs.So there should be no reason I couldnt have egg white.Bagels were both hard and super salty (got everything bagels) food was cold.
