Ordering to go is sometimes a nightmare! Two times now I’ve had to wait longer than normal for food like 30 min longer. Scheduled to pickup at 5:10pm girl says they messed up the wings they are redoing another 5 min longer, it’s 5:45pm now it’s wild to me how this happens. Meanwhile people are coming and going with there orders.

Food quality was good hence the extra star on this review. As far as my order was concerned I don’t have anything to complain about but everyone else at my table was given a lot of wrong orders, the service here was terrible too as we were basically ignored.

We got there at 7pm was seated right away. Wasnt that busy. Took 20 mins for the waitress to come ask what we wanted to drink. We ordered waters and our food at the same time. Took almost 40 mins for food to come out. Both our orders were wrong. We asked for boxes and the check took another 20 mins for that. The waitress tried to say the kitchen had a 20 top and she doesn't know why they are rushing she wrote our orders down correct. I will never come back place was a joke.

Twice in a row now our order has been messed up. The first time, the food was cold, and an entire item was left out of our order. They offered us coupons, which we picked up, and used again this time, but the employees were hesitant to accept it. This time, they left out an item we'd paid an upcharge for. Both times, the wings were not sauced all the way and had bare spots. Also, upon placing the order over the phone, and picking up the order, employees were quite rude. I wouldn't mind if they were neutral or just mildly polite, but they were blatantly rude. We will not plan to order from this location again--we will try out the Mentor location instead.

Stood in lobby for 15 minutes waiting to be seated multiple other people asked why there was nobody upfront nobody ever came up and workers were walking around doing nothing

Unacceptablynslow service. So many customers nstacked up, very little urgency. No order.
Next visit..orders nachos. can't customize new moving anything only pay to add stuff. Hoped the creamanwould be light and the double chili actually double... Not so much. The staff however was much quicker and nicer in response. So that is an improvement.

WARNING - do NOT recommend placing a pickup order from this BWW!! Pickup time for my order was 6:20p and going on 7p with no food in sight.
Restaurant has a max of 10 patrons (mostly at the bar) and there’s only one findable employee every 10-15mins.
If I hadn’t already paid for my order I’da left long ago, and in fact I may still leave

I tried to order food for delivery, against my better judgment. Multiple times in the past, my orders have been delivered cold, items missing, or late. People make mistakes, and I know I am not right around the corner, but I was hoping to give it another shot. I placed my order at 6:40. I received a text that the order was placed and expected to arrive at 7:05. Then, at 7:50, on the tracker I see it has changed to 8:15. After contacting my dasher, I am told my order was given away to someone else. My order was canceled and now it is 8:30 and I have no dinner. This is the last time I give this location a chance.

Courtney was absolutely the worst server imaginable. Very rude. I usually do not ever leave reviews you can check my page but I absolutely had to. Management needs to check chick's attitude problem. Super unprofessional. She literally only had 3 tables and coming from a restaurant background in college I know she could not have been that overwhelmed. Courtney sacked. Ruined the entire experience.
