A few of my friends and I visited this location on a slow Monday evening. Zel was our server, and made our experience so great! I’m a server myself, and they had the joy, skill, and passion for what they were doing. They were personable and not robotic, and in this industry, it’s so easy to just give the bare minimum. They were always going the extra mile to ensure we were taken care of/always creating warm conversation. My friend didn’t get her guac because they were out, so they ended up making one of her drinks on the house which was very kind. Ask for Zel if you’re there, you seriously won’t regret it. Convenient and reliable American fare serving Willoughby, OH. Buffalo Wild Wings is a nationally acclaimed chain, going on to make an appearance at the above attached location. Willoughby's location represents the chain, modestly. Modestly, in terms of atmosphere, service and food quality standards. Atmosphere; more specifically hygiene standards--- failing to represent the chain to the fullest capacity.
Hygiene standards were questionable on the evening of our visit. Questionable, in terms of floor/counter/restroom rate of cleanliness. Rate of cleanliness, expected and anticipated from major chains. Willoughby's location contains contrasts in terms of the above attached; when compared to Mentor's sister location. Floors, tables and restroom accommodations; revealing absence of attention to detail. Attention to detail, required for managing and maintaining large floor-plans.
Guests can expect friendly, local service accommodations from Willoughby Buffalo Wild Wings. Service staff, representing the venue appropriately. Appropriately, in alignment with chain standards. Our party was seated promptly, going on to be met with service that sought to infer our party's expectations. Infer our party's expectations, in terms of providing verbal updates. Verbal updates, intended to convey wait time coupled with refills at our party's request. All above attached, completed in a timely fashion.

I've been to this location multiple times over the past two years and they're always understaffed and food takes actual hours to reach you.
Ordered a p/u at 4pm to p/u at 610pm and had to wait an extra hour because they never placed my order. This place is trash. The manager and workers are all trash and could care a less if they mess up. Thennnnn.. I wait the extra hour for them to bring me out the wrong order… how idiotic. If yall cared you’d of listened when I replaced my order. Restaurant not even busy acting like they busy but just dumb. I’d like compensation. I’m calling customer service everyday to complain!

The food was good but my naked tenders were cold. The service was so slow. We waited minutes for utensils after our food was delivered. If you want a beverage from the bar it takes way longer than it should , and we got cans. Then to top it off they held me hostage waiting for my check…
They weren’t that busy but no one there seemed to have a clue.

I was there tonight for dinner. Got there around 5:15, wasn't very crowded. Our server Jacob was either having a bad night or needs to find another line of work. Drinks took almost 20 minutes, food took almost 35 minutes, never checked on us. Awful experience

I waited for 20 minutes for a worker to ask me if I was here for a pick up. Workers walked pass me and other customers as if we were not even here at BWW. This is the second time I have come to this location and waited too long for my order I placed online.
