Normally breakfast from here isn't bad, but this morning, it was awful. Food was burnt, or just plain nasty, and it took 3 sandwiches to get the 1 correct. It'll be a while before I go back here

Woman at drive through at approximately 12 19pm tried skimming a extra $5 off my order till I corrected her. I mean cmon food is expensive enough as it is without the cashier trying to skim the customers. Happened at January 9th at 12 15 pm. Will not be returning to this location.

The outside area really need some attention. Staff is really nice food is fine, but the outside area is awful.

Just door dashed food from here. Got it dropped off and my daughter’s kids meal is missing and my pickle fries are not even half full.. with tiny pieces of fried pickles. I’m not even exaggerating it looks like someone was eating them??? & The bag was sealed so I know it was sent out like that. Then I try to call and no one is even answering the phone. Just absolutely horrible. Huge waste of my time & money.

This is the 2nd time I came to this burger king within a week & not 1 person greeted me as I stood at the counter. The 1st time I waited around 3min for them even to take my order, tha second time I just walked out. Customer service are terrible at this Burger King facility I will not be going to this establishment again. Fix this problem for other customers please

Horrible customer service. Ordered from the app for the first time. Came in 15 minutes later to pick it up. Girl asks if I checked in? There is no check in button? They didn't have it ready. Made it quick enough while I waited about 5 minutes. But, treated me like I did something wrong. Made me feel like I was putting her out. After she bagged my food. She place on the counter next to me. Not in front of me! And, didn't say anything and turned around and went back to work! No, here you go! Sorry for the mix up! No, Have a nice day?? What happened to common courtesy?? This location needs a lot of retraining in customer service.

The girl at the window this morning was extremely rude. Didn't even speak to my bf. Just reached her hand out for money. Shoved his food at him and left his drink in the window with a straw for him to grab himself and walked away.
Extremely unprofessional.
If you don't want to be there, quit and find a job where you don't hate your life.
